If I could give negative stars I would.
I was charged 7 days early for theie subscription. I had intended on canceling (which is when I found out the charge had already been processed). I contacted the company immediately, and was told that they would put in my issue and get a refund processed.
I then received an email denying my request saying my account was older than 7 days and no refund would be issued. I contacted the customer service again, explained again and was told that they would escalate my request as it was obviously a mistake.
Nope, no response from the company.
Called a third time, spoke to another representative and was told the same thing.
I then emailed them along with screenshots of my bank invoices and proof of cancellation. No response.
I’ll be contacting my bank to report/block any further charges from them and see if they can refund the fee and pursue action against the company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Better step on Lego barefeet than try this company. Similar experience, but shorter pain.

Forget it if you need your resume in other language than English (like when you're asked to turn in your CV in all languages you speak). Impossible to change headlines like "Education" etc. Into anything else.
And you're gonna pay. They won't remind you that your "trial" (read "less expensive version you've bough one time to download your redume") is about to end and you're going to be automatically charged for the most expensive premium subscription. Fortunatelly I've found out after first payment and cancelled the subscription, and I hope they won't charge me again, according to previous reviews I'm not so sure thought. Hopefully my bank would be able to stop it if necessary. Seriously, don't risk.
