“Retensa has helped us to understand the sentiment of our leavers and enhance our employer brand” Overall: We are leveraging Retensa to deepen our understanding of what makes our company an amazing place to work and what we can do to continue to improve our employee experience. The simplicity of the product combined have yielded vast insights into a number of strategic objectives of our firm. Pros: As an HR practitioner, I like the insights from the dashboard coupled with the report subscription capability, raw data reports, ability to understand the balance of reasons to stay vs. leave, and vast demographic filtering capabilities. Cons: One challenge we run into is how best to update the organizational hierarchies after a reorg to enable trend analysis. We are working with the Retensa support team to improve our process which will enable business line reporting to be more accurate and dependable.

What do you like best? The level of customer service provided by Chen and her team! They go above and beyond on meeting our needs. Their response time is very impressive! What do you dislike? Overall the product meets our needs we have minimal issues with ExitPro. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Insights into why our employees are voluntarily leaving our organization. These insights allow us to make changes within our organization to better improve the employee experience and reduce the changes of our employees leaving.
