I have been with RS Hosting since 2004. I was there when the small company was bought by its current ownership. I was very nervous, but in the the 6 or 7 years since I have only seen improvements in uptime, and customer service. I have reseller and VPS accounts and the services they provide for free make them a great value. For example: another host I work with charges me $10 into install an SSL certificate and won't let me do it myself. RSHosting allows me to do it my self, and if I have any problem, they install it for me. I'm posting this today because a kind tech spent an hour tracking down a database issue on a VPS server - with out charge, but with professional courtesy and service.

Well I've been with them a month and so far: Blacklisted SMTP server caused me horrendous issues with customers unable to email me and this wen on for weeks. Ended up moving that domain elsewhere and it's fine now. Server has now been down for over a day. Checked with support, terribly sorry, DDOS attack, it will be back shortly. That was 7 hours ago. Moving all sites elsewhere. I would stay away from these people their reliability is shocking.

Very speedy answers and quick solutions in order to make the transition from one host to another a very easy one.
