Thursday, February 15, 2024 #113805 Chad from Relevant Play (2 - 10 Employees) WARNING: AVOID SaaS Direct AT ALL COSTS! They engage in unethical practices such as withholding client data unless additional payments are made for unauthorized work. This company is utterly incompetent and should be avoided at all costs. Brad, their representative, demonstrates abysmal communication skills and lacks integrity. It appears that SaaS Direct operates as multiple entities, leading to confusion and mismanagement. Our ERP data migration project, initially slated for 90 days, has dragged on for close to 6 months due to their incompetence. SaaS Direct now refuses to release our data unless we pay for unauthorized work they claim to have completed. This behavior is deceptive and unacceptable.
