Tried this hosting company on a one month trial, didnt like the interface so didnt renew. They locked the newly registered web site and deleted my account. Ive been trying for five days to get an answer from the only contact number listed, It continuously goes to voice mail. Cant understand how this company has so many 5 star reviews., although I suspect they might not all be genuine.

There is nothing bad I can say about this hosting. I have been testing about 5-10 managed Wordpress hosting companies such as WPEngine, WPX, Liquidweb (Nexcess) and Cloudways etc. and each of them had some kind of technical issues or slow support response times. With Scala I have zero issues, the support is the best of them all and their plans are multiple times cheaper than comparable plans of some of the companies I have mentioned. Then tell, me... What is the point in using a "premium" managed WP hosting for around $50-$100/mo or more with limits to the number of websites, visitors and bandwidth, when you can get the exact same features and NO limits for so much less with Scala hosting?

Scalahosting has the best customer support I have ever got from a hosting company. I am a happy customer for many years and whenever you have a question or need a support, they usually answers within minutes (ticket) or instantly on their chat support, even on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
My last ticket involved not so simple task and they worked on it for two days until we got it sorted. Amazing!
