Risk Monitor controls the maximum number of data transfer and communication channels, including email, social networks, instant messengers, web forms, applications (Skype), documents sent to a printer and to external storages.

The solution implements 3-level data protection:

1. Detects and reports the attempts to send a request to a database in order to obtain some personal data, monitors user queries and SQL server database responses.

2. The data exported to a file stored on a user's PC or in the local network is controlled. The solution monitors operations on your documents and alerts to changes made to them.

3. All files sent outside a company’s perimeter via various communication channels, such as email, messengers, social media, printer, web forms, external storage devices and flash drives, are analyzed, content matching security policies and irregular events are reported.

The solution allows your company to conduct an ongoing internal investigation without turning to a third party as it encompasses all the needed instruments to speed up the process considerably and identify the source of an incident, the reason for a violation and the means an offender used.
