My contract is ending in 2 months, and I have been trying to contact them to make sure that it does not auto renew, because the service is awful and I no longer want it. I received an email from my account rep asking my reason for cancelling, I told her I no longer use it and asked her to please tell me how to go about cancelling. That was 5 days ago and I have not heard from her since. I have emailed her, left voicemails on both of her personal lines, I have also called every phone number available for Service CEO and left voicemails and have not received any correspondence back.

They are a very shady company - when you want to sign up they will call/email you daily, but when you no longer wish to use their services they will ghost you.

Signing a contract with them was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. I cannot stress enough how awful they are as a company. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!!!!!

I have called the support number at 866-606-6256 numerous times and have emailed to get additional users added to my account and NO ONE ANSWERs or calls us back. I have called the sales number at 866-606-6256 left numerous messages to have a call back, through out the month - yesterday 21FEB17 Max called, he stated oh, this isn't for sales, I will refer this to Alex and stated he will call me back shortly, no call back and today is 22FEB207. Our Senior Technician Moises called and left a message and also called the sales department and left a message.

Worst site ever. Been on hold for 15 mins with no human to talk to. Software is beyond slow and unreliable. I want out of my contract so bad. To have to ask a client to sit and wait while you are trying to just load a new webpage on ServiceCeo. WORST COMPANY EVER!

This product was excellent to start with our corporate office recommended it and it was great. However in the passed 12 months it has become slow and unreliable, they insist they are trying to correct it but we have been waiting 5 months and still it is slow, specifically when searching the database. Still a good product but too slow, we have been using this system for 3 years but I am not sure how much longer we can put up with the lack of progress.
