My contract is ending in 2 months, and I have been trying to contact them to make sure that it does not auto renew, because the service is awful and I no longer want it. I received an email from my account rep asking my reason for cancelling, I told her I no longer use it and asked her to please tell me how to go about cancelling. That was 5 days ago and I have not heard from her since. I have emailed her, left voicemails on both of her personal lines, I have also called every phone number available for Service CEO and left voicemails and have not received any correspondence back.
They are a very shady company - when you want to sign up they will call/email you daily, but when you no longer wish to use their services they will ghost you.
Signing a contract with them was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. I cannot stress enough how awful they are as a company. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!!!!!
