Friday, January 15, 2021 #85338 Kenny from Self (1 Employee) Not a review writer generally, but have to respond to the review before me – yes, if a concert does not sell the minimum amount of tickets, it gets refunded. This means people who bought tickets get their money back and the show is not happening. The threshold for the minimum is flexible and reasonable, depending on the type of the show and for online shows it's very small. So the money are either coming to the musician who held the show (minus a small commission) or BACK TO THE FANS.They have great support team and are very helpful. The website is not very busy for now, but has a lot of great music, very genuine musicians, and pleasant interface. Highly recommend. So you need a lot of tickets sold, and even then it is not sure. Be careful with this company!
