Thursday, August 25, 2022 #104716 Lauryn A Simple Salon was a great starting point and was the first software I used when opening the salon. The main draw was the great client information privacy policy. It was very easy to use once all the data was put in and the team got used to using it. I love that I was able to run the salon off an iPad, including POS, and could check my schedule on my iPhone through the app. Support team and email correspondence was always fast in my experience. Never tried any pushy sales tactics or upgrades. Overall, good software for newbies and reliable. Did you find this review helpful?
Wednesday, August 9, 2017 #55049 Demi from Da Vinci Skin Clinic appalling service. Got told anything to get me to pay over $400 to sign up and have data transferred, then I can immediately see it won't do what I need along with other issues and lack of replies for help, and they won't refund more then $19!!I can see why their Facebook page doesn't have a review tab now. Would never recommend this. It doesn't take $399 to to import three reports which were very small and given the program isn't viable for my business, information I should have been given before taking my money, a refund of even half would have been fair.Absolute rubbish of a system, terrible support and appalling conduct (they rip you off with data import costs) Did you find this review helpful?
