The support service we got was excellent but has significantly deteriorated in the last few months. Calling support is useless. It is obvious their support is now done out of the country (some eastern European country, which they refused to say where). The help they give is generally useless. When asked to speak to the director of hosting, they said they couldn't forward our call. They also said they didn't have a direct number we could call and said we had to contact the admin office via the web. After 3 calls, we got the same answer. With a great deal of frustration and chasing down the key person, the issue got resolved. We now have a new problem and the usually email sent to "support" explaining ourissue, was met with no response whatsoever.
