First Impressions: When I was looking for a web host, I was skeptical. I read TONS and TONS of horror stories about other companies. However, I read many positive reviews on the WHT community. I went to their site and hopped onto live chat. Support: You know how there are horror stories about bad support and service from other big name hosts. Well, SpeedySparrow responds to a "Medium" priority ticket in just a few hours. If your issue is more critical and you put it at high or critical, you will get a very, very fast reponse -- typically under an hour. I also feel that I should mention how respectful and seriously they take customer reports. They don't try to convince you that is is your fault -- they check on everything to try and fix it. And they always have in my experience. Service: SpeedySparrow definitely gives you value for the money. $3.95 a month for this quality of service gives you more than enough to run a small-medium sized site.
