Who uses #Styleseat? Beware! Previously you were able to approve/disapprove a review so it could publicly be viewed. Now, they have changed this feature so you do NOT have any control over your reviews. You can't stick up for yourself by writing a response that is seen on your page. Only privately email the client. All reviews are automatically posted to your site. You can not reply to your review or post a before/after picture. Clients do judge how a salon handles a review. Yelp, Facebook all let you reply.
I feel Styleseat should STAND BEHIND THE STYLIST! Especially since we are paying $35 a month! We should be able to have FULL CONTROL OF OUR PAGE WE PAY FOR. If your a stylist please beware of this change. I have used this service for 4 years now and I have my employees in my salon also using this service. We will be looking to switch. Why pay for a service that you can't control?!
