Subiz is a great live chat platform to interact with customers on website. I'm using it for months and found that It's really great and helpful in this way: - Not like some chat platform like Yahoo, Skype where you only start a conversation with customer passively after customer start first. With Subiz, you can see and control all visitors on website in list, and actively start a conversation with any of them. - Automatically send message to customers. It saves much of your time. - Visitors information helps you quickly and deeply understand your customer's needs. - The Chat widget makes your website's service more professional
