We have a number of Sage & QBD clients hosting on Summit. Summit's fast support response times are outstanding. They also allow and admin user access allowing us to manage the applications autonomously. Other providers lock everything down and you can't do anything without a support ticket which has caused clients to miss payroll deadlines over a simple payroll update. That doesn't happen with Summit.

My experience is that Summit Hosting operates its customer service and tech support departments with top-tier professionalism, sincere cordiality, and mind-blowing punctuality in terms of response times, which is unparalleled in many mid-size to large companies. If the saying "You get what you pay for" is true, then Summit Hosting is overdelivering. This is not hyperbole. If you require professional hosting services, from single, fully-managed server set-ups to self-managed VPS, and expect concerned, expedient responses and solutions, whether from the billing department, but particularly from support staff, then you will not be disappointed contracting with Summit Hosting if your experience nears the experience I have enjoyably had for the past nearly 10 years. I opted for quick books enterprise desktop with cloud hosting. I love QB and got my company to switch from gp to qb. Didn't realize cloud hosting was with a third party. No sure who summit was before this. Even though I paid for summit already we don't have cloud hosting yet. Had to use qb on network bc couldn't wait any longer. Will cancel today. Terrible customer service. They said they will respond in 20 minutes they don't. You call their number and you can't talk to anyone. You have to email for a service order but they won't call you.

Summit Hosting Support not only replied quickly to my request for assistance with a password issue, but also provided a speedy resolution that included an alternate method within the direction-steps given, in case I did not have the first option, (in my case, an icon on my desktop to change the temporary password to a new, permanent one) to complete the process. This timely, thorough & professional approach saved precious time. Not a difficult trouble ticket to resolve perhaps, but their approach treated my problem as important as any other. Without their timely and thorough approach, I would have remained in limbo, with work process - stopped.
