Supersaas is Superduper
This software is a dream come true for me. For years I used excel spreadsheets to schedule youth baseball players to come to my house to practice. I would receive phone calls the night before or the morning of the sessions, with parents canceling their child's lesson. It was a PAIN. Now, all I do is set up the slots in Supersaas (along with my rule of no cancellation within 48 hrs of a lesson) and Supersaas does the rest. My partner and I get automatically notified of all activity and we can keep track of open and booked spots. Supersaas is magical and an incredible time-saver and organizer. And interestingly, I learned about Supersaas from a web designer in Croatia!

There is a slight learning curve but it's well worth it with the data that becomes available. Can't think of any other cons.

Scheduling becomes a no-brainer!

Great to use but missing shopping basket

Easy to use, clear and available to customise many different booking options. I have been using it for 6 years but would like to see more frequently improvements

Not having enough colours on each schedule and not being able to merge calendars with different schedules. Clients cannot book multiple classes as shopping basket is not available. Need to work with other payment systems (world pay....

Excellent Support

The customer/technical support is fantastic. I would say it is one of the best, I have experienced from a software team. The free version has been very useful, by giving me a chance to evaluate and use the setup over time. I am now at the point where I will start using the subscription service.

The UI is a little dated, and it is not the easiest to set up, but once it is, it works well. Needs more themes.

We are new users of this schedule system and its been a smooth transition with our business needs.

Easy to set up appointments. Easy to mange client reservations. Clients have mentioned that its simple to go on and sign up for classes. Digital Customer Service Team has been wonderful and great support.

We have not fully utilized the benefits of the software of this time. More opportunities ahead as we spend time digging into the functionality.

Easy to integrate into our business and clients can sign up quickly from any device.

Online classes booking made easy

Very customisable and rich with useful features

The interface is dated and could benefit from a CSS rehaul. The credit system can't be interfaced with thru the API, and we use our online store for purchase of classes. Not a big deal though

We have abandoned excel spreadsheet and the pupils are able to manage their own schedule. Huge timesaver for my wife

Supersaas- BEST marketing and administrative boost to my business

Supersaas offers great flexibility for creating a variety of scheduling methods. Their color schemes and formats are current, attractive, and workable.

The program is so versatile, that I sometimes forget how to access everything. But, if I'm in a hurry and don't want to "figure it out for myself," support team answers my call for help in minutes. As we are in completely different time zones, I can't figure out when they sleep!

I needed clients to be able to schedule me long term, short term, one time appointments, and ongoing appointments. Seeing my availability "on demand" has increased my income and reduced my administrative, scheduling time and mistakes.

Very Helpful Scheduling Tool!

It was pretty easy it was to set up, the different color coding for different events was helpful in addition to having a feature to cap enrollment for each event.

Since I only use it once per year to create the yearly schedule, it took me a few minutes to refresh my memory when I set up the second time.

SuperSaas solved a pretty complicated scheduling situation for our instructors when we moved from a Monday-Friday schedule to an ABC schedule.

ConsSometimes it's a little hard to figure out.

Wonderful Customer Service

Supersaas is so easy to use and responsive, it's very seldom that I have a problem with the program. When there is a little glitch - normally user error - a quick email to Customer Support results in a timely response and resolution.

I can't email directly from the program.

SuperSaaS is easy to use for me and our users. I like having the ability to run several different schedules from the same dashboard. And the price is extremely reasonable.

Excellent Program

This program (Room Scheduler) was extremely useful in our school setting. Staff could book out computer labs; conference rooms, library, Chromebook stations, etc. at a click of a button. Staff had access from wherever they were. Top notch scheduler! SuperSaas renewed automatically (yearly) so we were ready to go each September.

This program ran perfectly for everyone, no issues at all.

SuperSaas made scheduling appropriate rooms a breeze; all staff adapted quickly to using the scheduler. Excellent program. Thank you.

i like the fact that we can strategically plan out our days by having the reservations ; it helps allow more/less walk ins depending on our day

cant see past a certain time frame of reservations -not all show up with info regarding client -some dont show up that were imputed by a staff member -blocking scheduling should be easier

i think overall it has been fine for us.

My Review of SuperSaas

Does the job of scheduling very well. Seems to fairly easy for users.

Two major issues for me: (1) you can only use PayPal. This is very limiting. I have to have people redirected to our own web site to pay, and I have to follow up each one individually to make sure they do that. It's not automatic. (2) You cannot copy a schedule with all its content for a future schedule, for example, a year later. Wish there was a way to copy, have it drop all registrations, but keep sessions the same. I either have to clear all the registrations one by one and then change the date or I can copy, but I have to re-enter all the sessions. Either way, it's arduous.

It does mostly what we need. You can't beat it for the price, so I can put up with the issues for now.

LIFE SAVER!

It's FREE! I am a small business and every bit of savings helps. I had been scheduling lessons by TEXTING my clients every week. It was a nightmare keeping everyone tracked. Discovering SuperSaaS has made my life so much easier. It's so easy to use, my clients figured it out and adapted easily and I just love it!

Some of the verbiage is a little confusing when turning on certain features.

Overall very very happy. Idiot-proof to create lessons, made edits, and book.

Good product simple and direct

It is easy to edit time and slots or dulipcations.

The jumping back and forth from use, supervise . Also it looks few hours to get use to this jumping back and forth. Once get a hand on to it, it is pretty strict forwards. For me simplicity and easy and fast to edit is priority. There are many event calenders plugins out there but some (especially WordPress build in plug in are very time consuming to use) for this you guys are way ahead. Be ware of new develop online software though such as social tailor- Tailorbrand beta software, their calenders also very user friendly and have much more attractive layout!) So knowing your collaborators/competitors (depending how you go about it) is the key. That my 2 cents for you guys. Thx for your speedy customer support, very impressive and appreciated.

It's easy to use and works the way I need it to.

As an admin, making the required changes I need to address our associates is super easy. The entire interface is very user friendly and easy to use.

In the Pros Section, I mentioned what I like so very much about the software. There is really nothing I don't like about it.

Managing and scheduling resources is made much easier and less cumbersome with this software.

I love my online scheduler, it is perfect for exactly what I need it to be. And my students.

The most - probably the look, and that I can change the lay out (the print students see at the top) whenever I need to.

That it won't let you keep every single booking but I understand and download them regularly. I don't know what else to say because that truly is the only thing I don't like about it, also maybe that it does not come up first thing when students Google search for my name.

I do not have to organize my schedule for student meetings. I just send them an email with the link to my schedule and they find a time to meet.

Awesome software that handles all of my online bookings for me.

The flexibility it offers, everything is customizable to fit my business. Plus, my tech guy was able to integrate it into my website easily, so my clients have a seamless experience.

Always quick answer

easy to use for my clients to log jn and book an appointment for their massages. I do not have to interveine which I like a lot and saves me time.

sometimes a bit confusing where to find things and how to set it up. It takes me a bit of time to find the right options. I use Acuity Scheduling too and for my massage studio and that one is super easy but I keep using supersaas for the old company clients.

We use this software as a booking software in a flight Club

It is easy to setup and can be Integrated in a web page. As the old system we had use was not available anymore we needed a new system that was easy to setup and found this. Very fast response on support. I had it setup without https and was helped instantly when users were complaining that the script was recognized as unsafe. Followed the help to change to https and everything is back up running.

We are happy with the functionality. I do not our use is very advanced but it is grate for our purpose.

It's like having a "virtual assistant" to book my appointments, without the expense of hiring one.

I keep a link in my email signature so clients can book an appointment at their own convenience. I like the flexibility to adjust the amount of time people have to give between appointments and the amount of notice I need for new appointments (e.g., 1 day, 2 days, etc.).

There are so many configuration options, it can be a daunting task to set up for a new user. It might be useful to supply some common set up templates.

Frees up my time in that I can send a request for a meeting late at night and people can choose a time that suits them when I'm in a meeting. Huge time saver and helps my clients feel they are in control.

Most customers say its easy to create a user and log into. Nice application at low cost. Very intuitive.

Administration or Superuser on mobile devices are not satisfactory. Happens that appointments gets deleted -witout notification. Sorry.

Its functionality. It covers all the features I use presently. More features would of course be nice.

I like everything about it. However, even more customization features would be very welcome. Could you make some skins for the customer to use. This would make it easier to integrate the schedule into an existing website. Several skins to choose from would make the solution even more attractive.

Pros: Fast and easy, and my students like the monthly view to select the day they want classes - works on every device, cost-effective for small biz, flexible, tech support and website great

Cons: It could have a bit more detail in reporting features (like to pay teachers or break down my month for total sales) but it the big scheme of everything else not a deal breaker.

This software has changed my professional life. High personalisation, easy to use for clients to make, reschedule and cancel appointements. There have been many positive remarks about the good overview of available slots. I was considering to work with a call center / telephone service for my agenda but with Supersaas there are no mix ups and no time lost in finding a slot that suits. Occasionally people have difficulty registering - these are generally elderly or less computer literate persons.
The biggest inconvenience for me is the lack of personalistation of the reminder message. The start time and end time of the appointment seems to be confusing in the text as people regularly show up when their slot is ending. If only the start time would be mentioned the client would not read over it and notice only the last bit of the sentence.

Easy to use by all my co-workers you don't need digital skills, its simple and direct. You make a shedule (we make about 200 shedules a year)then time slots and that's it, It's also simple for our clients just log in and book. This program boosts the satisfaction of our clients

Sometimes it's to manual, there is no system to upload a spreadsheet of slots. So when you need a shedule with 50 different slots, well it takes time.

Super easy to set up and customize. Our clients used it with ease and so did our staff. Our staff could easy toggle in and out of different areas. And we could all make appointments at the same time,

Learning the different print functions. It was difficult to figure out how to get the automatic email function to work.

I needed to have a function that was not available, but it was added within one day. I am so impressed by the responsiveness of customer support. I had a problem with the store function when I added credit card processing through a particular company in that it didn't allow for a "quantity" field. They understood the problem and added the function all within one day. And, as a matter of fact, it was the Director and founder of the company, Jan Faber, who responded and fixed the problem so quickly. I've never before experienced such an amazing response from a company. I also like the versatility of SuperSaas. I have designed a scheduling application for my dog boarding and day care facility, but I see, with a few added functions, that I will be able to also sell products. By the way, although I have some computer knowledge from years ago in university (I am 69 years old) the program is easy enough to use that I was able to do my own work, which saved me quite a bit in programming cost

I have used SuperSaas for several years to operate my healing studios in two locations. Very comprehensive features, excellent notifications and very affordable for a small business. It took some time to get it set up how I wanted it but when I was stumped the customer care team gave great instructions. I offer several modalities in two different locations and this calendar worked perfectly. I also liked the ability to create a form to join my email list (and be anti-spam compliant) and I could create new schedules whenever I offered a Reiki class or workshop. The calendars have numerous settings, layouts and colours. It is possible to match your business' colour scheme and it's easy to put in your logo. This online booking calendar is fully customizable and very affordable.

I have moved my location to a group therapist setting where we jointly use a different booking program, but from my individual practitioner standpoint, I find SuperSaas was easier to use.

I've used SuperSaaS for years, it is rock solid software.

Web-based, super flexible, easy to use. The Paypal integration makes life much easier for me. I also download my booking information and analyze it in Excel. Very useful.

None to speak of. The software has really met my needs. I find the pricing reasonable and the customer service to be quick and helpful.

Very user-friendly and easy to set up

The software is user-friendly and easy for an administrator to add and maintain classes/sessions. I like that they maintain the history of the session for a given period of time. It helps when needing to go back and see if a specific person took that session.

Cons: The website can be a bit difficult to navigate if you use it across multiple organizations as I have in the past. Also, exporting a registration sheet could be a bit easier as my only option to create a sign in sheet is to print the report to PDF and have them sign as opposed to creating an actual sign in sheet and exporting the entries to excel.

Administrator cannot put in e-mail of client on the admin screen. Feedback from clients that it isn't user friendly on their phones.

This scheduling system has made managing delivery receipts a breeze.

What I like most is that we no longer have drivers showing up and hovering over our receiving attendants distracting them from their primary focus of accurately receiving our food products. What i like least is that in the "use" screen you have to open each "tile" to see the supplier to be received. Also, to my knowledge there is not a way to easily document the time the supplier arrives/departs to dial in the amount of time it actually takes to receive orders, which would allow us to more accurately book appointments. The software allows for better organization and planning of daily activities.

Easy to configure with 100% up time. Easy user interface and very configurable. Most people this it is bespoke software and are unaware it is 'off the shelf'.

It would be good to have full integration with Outlook Calendars. Multiple calandar integration could be improved from a user prospective

Very good .. does what I need to schedule classes

Schedule layout is intuitive and relatively easy to use. Support is excellent and fast ... recent experience was 5 minute response to my query and clear steps given to solve issue.

Complex set up procedures and options are not intuitive. Takes me much time to sort what I need to do every time I need to modify anything apart from the actual schedule. Most things are possible ... discovering what and where to go to achieve them is difficult

My small business recently had an overwhelmingly successful promotion in which we were flooded with incoming requests for appointments. Without the SuperSaaS scheduler I would have had to hire staff just to handle the scheduling which would have taken at several weeks to get hired and trained. SuperSaaS was up and running smoothly in 15 minutes and fully integrated into my site, in style and format, in about an hour. The flexibility and simplicity is impressive.
The customer service at SuperSaaS is nothing less than excellent. I came across a technical issue while synchronizing with another calendar (a priceless feature) and the issue was fixed within 2 hours on a Saturday.

Amazing, amazing, amazing!!! I conduct photography workshops and scheduling is always a nightmare. When I ran a recent promotional, almost 500 people signed up and I knew I had to find an online scheduling system that worked.
On a friend’s recommendation, I decided to give SuperSaaS a try. We were off to a rough start in scheduling but it was an error on my end that SuperSaaS figured out quickly and helped me correct. LOVE this system and without it, I would not be able to get the scheduling done without a ton of help. Best system out there bar none.

Before finding your application, I tried to develop a reservation database on Access but I discovered that web publication is a total nightmare. Then, I discovered your online reservation application. It is just simply fantastic. In a matter of a few hours, I was able to produce an amazing application that all my colleagues were pleased with.

I trailed many scheduling products before subscribing to SuperSaaS. SuperSaaS is the best by far, it really stands out. It has so much flexibility built in. You can tailor it to exactly what you need. It’s a powerful tool.
A great feature is being able to change what functions are called, e.g. users can be called employees or clients etc, appointments called meetings or bookings etc. This allows an organization to make it intuitive for their staff, which is often half the battle when creating a new process.

HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I have trusted this company with my scheduling needs for 8 years. Amazing peace of mind.  Supersaas lets me focus on my business not scheduling. I have researched well over 200 scheduling systems in depth both programmatically and "out of the box".  There is nothing that compares with this system.  The peace of mind  I get from it's ease-of-use and  reliability is worth it's weight in gold.   I am always impressed with the absolutely amazing response time to questions or problems ( The problems were nearly always my mistake!)  Over the years they have been researching and implementing improvements consistently.  They really seem to care about their company and its reputation  and are willing to work hard to meet that goal.  Plain and simple this is a good product  and very inexpensive for what it provides Supersaas rocksThere is only one global time zone setting.  While clients can see their own time zone in emails and on the scheduler (they can see their time zone only after they click on an available spot),  I wish there were a simpler way for both clients and staff to be able to "one click" the whole system to a different time zone. Trust me, this is NOT easy to do programmatically.

You have complete control of the schedule you create. I cannot think of any other cons in my experience.

I really enjoy using this software for booking out office space.Offers flexibility for scheduling/booking out office hours for renters and employees.  Discount features are helpful.It is a little complicated to use and somewhat difficult to view (calendar view).   I wish that cancellations could be automatically refunded and that there was more flexibility with scheduling opening hours and blocks.

We've been using this for 5 years for our school PTO, and plan to continue to use.low cost, relatively user friendly for our community to use.The best customer service - they are so quick (responses within the hour, sometimes within minutes!), and always provides the answers I'm looking for.Some functionality is clunky.  We offer lots of series-classes that students must sign up for all sessions the functions available to handle this doesn't fully fit our needs, so over the years we've added in some manual workarounds.  There also isn't a "shopping cart" option for students to add several items and check out and pay at once, they have to pay individually which is clunky for our users.

It seems to being doing well for our customers and users. Better use of our officers' time for doing vehicle inspections.Customers can make their own appointments, which frees up our officers' time by cutting down phone calls and data entry.Not being able to customize fully some of the automated email responses, and other various components of the calendars such as setting alerts based on certain data the customers enter into their appointments, and not having the ability to "link" calendars to be able to search for customers making multiple appointments across multiple calendars, or at least alerting people to when it occurs.

So far so good. You guys have thought of everything. A lot of the other appointment schedulers seemed like they had a particular end user in mind who would only need certain functions. I wasted a lot of time trying out their platforms to find that there would be one thing I need the software to do that theirs just wouldn't do.  SuperSaas has a way to do everything I need. Also, your technical support was much more responsive and helpful. The setup was sort of confusing.  There are a lot of links withing tabs within pages. Sometimes I couldn't remember how to get back to the page I had been on before. I think some video tutorials with someone speaking and showing you how to navigate the different parts of the configuration process would go a long way. I was even missing certain features you offer because I didn't realize they were there. Also the layout feels very Windows 2000 if you know what I mean. The visual could use an update. It just looks out of place on my modern website.

It just works and has made a really difficult problem simple.Our company hires crane borer erectors for our local electricity utility companies.  We use SuperSaas to book each unit on a first come first served basis.  Companies booking our cranes can make bookings for critical jobs months in advance.Several different companies can book in our system and enter commercially sensitive information into the system knowing users from other companies can't access that information.The sophisticated form builder allowed us to capture all the information our employees need to do each job.The system has been fast and extremely reliable, and has grown as my company has grown.  We started with the free service and are now on the second paid tier.  I've never once regretted selecting this system or paying for it.  It's worth every dollar.We are currently developing a custom iPad application to tie the booking system into our accounting system.I would like to be able to copy existing forms to other bookings and I'd like to be able to split multi day booking into single days to provide equipment required for each day.

SuperSaaS scheduling is an easy to use tool for both admins and users. Ease of self-service scheduling for two separate weekly training classes.Great value for a simple scheduling tool. It is easy to administer and easy for users to register and schedule themselves. Also, the simple and straight-forward design helps upper leadership keep scheduling projects down to earth. I have not found any limitations for what I need to do with SuperSaaS and I apologize for not having any negative experiences to relate here.

Supersaas is an easy to use program that has freed me from scheduling my own appointments. What I like the most is the fact that when people book an appointment on my supersaas schedule, I can set it up to pop up on my personal calendar. That way I don't have to log on every morning to check supersaas if anything has changed. There really isn't anything that I don't like so far. It's very easy to use, it's easy to direct people to the site and no matter their age it's easy for them to understand. Being able to set a deposit for appointments is wonderful. I can't think of anything.

Streamline scheduling for our large manufacturing facility!Streamlining our scheduling process for over 3000 employees that are required to be scheduled for our annual safety classes.The ease of use and accessibility to the many hundreds of employees that need to schedule their employees for training.  All my scheduler's have to do is click a link for the right schedule and make appointments for the employees in their department. Nothing. SuperSaaS was a godsend for me, dramatically reducing my workload for recruiting study participants.I used this software to automate the process of signing up study participants for my PhD research studies. It saved me tens of hours and countless emails and phone calls (not to mention the frustration that accompanies that process) with potential participants. It's great that participants can find times that are best for them and sign up without ever contacting me. They could also change their booking or withdraw without any hassle. My study also required multiple sessions, which SuperSaas could handle.  Automated booking confirmation emails and text message reminders are another great, time saving feature.The price is very fair for the time and stress it saved me. Highly recommended!Dealing effectively with multiple sessions took some work / trial-and-error / creative thinking. I think this was only because I had specific requirements for timing and order of the sessions, which the software didn't specifically cater for. It did end up working very well, but required clear instructions to ensure participants didn't sign up to sessions in the wrong order.

My clients as happy with it.When I want to change a feature, it can take quite a bit of searching to find where it is located in the list of features. The logical structure of the list is poorly thought out, and there is no alphabetic list of options.

BEST feature set... WORST frontend for customersAs I reseller, the main benefit was the unique white label programme, which would allow me to offer the impressive set of features to my large client base.The feature set is just second to none.  I cannot think about more than 2 or 3 scheduling features (out of hundreds) possibly missing on SuperSaaS. Price is very reasonable, support is fast and, if you are a developer or reseller (as myself), they offer a very good partnership programme, including a unique white label system.All that power is useless if arranging an appointment is a slow, difficult and finally frustrating experience for the user. The oh-so-2000s interface is the typical mess made by programmers, reviewed by programmers and (only) enjoyed by programmers, when current, regular customers demand speed and SIMPLICITY above all. Couldn't SuperSaaS hire an interface designer too, for goodness sake? If you have implemented any recently developed SaaS scheduling solution (say SimpleBook.me, for example), SuperSaaS usability is just light years behind.The responsive mobile interface (the only one most customers will ever use) is even worse. Just try a regular, basic  operation as adjusting the hour of your appointment on an Android device. Customers have to TYPE the hour... but only when the unusable and redundant minicalendar for the date does not obstruct the hour field... Or try figuring out the mess out of the availability calendar. Too crazy for you? Do you prefer to switch to desktop view? Well don't click on the link, as the desktop interface it's completely unusable on mobile devices, and  there's no way to switch back to mobile view unless you delete the cookies. No doubt why several clients have dismissed by SuperSaas-based prototype scheduling platform.The backend interface suffers from similar problems, but at least only admins can see them.I hope SuperSaas revamps the interface in the near future. I would be their main advocate then!

Best online calendar tool I could find - and I look at a lot of themMy main criterion was the side-by-side view of multiple resource calendars, as Outlook does it (but I hate Outlook for 10 other reasons).  This tool gives us everything we need including adding custom fields to the appointments, labeling the columns, very reasonable price.  My only "wish list" items that haven't been granted are a drag-and-drop interface to move appointments to different times or calendars, and an "import" feature to slurp in a CSV file exported from Outlook.  That would make it really easy for people to become your customers when they have a large calendar to transfer.  They do have an API, which I plan to use when we make a booking system tied into our web site.It has an API, side-by-side view of multiple calendars in "Day" mode, and wonderful support.  I was a little hesitant about buying an online subscription from an overseas company (I'm in the US), but the email support has been prompt, helpful, and great.Interface could be a little more 2017 with drag-and-drop and active interface.

This is how it should be - everywhere!Software as a service - that is what it should be! I have been a fan of Supersaas since I found out about them and realised that, for once, someone had the right approach to software! The reliability,  rapidity, and functionality of this system is superb - no outage in 5 years. Love this programThe exceptional features and complexity of this program place it far above any others available.  It isn't just a scheduling program. It is a whole client management system. You can create  and customize forms for your unique needs.  It allows you to create an entire customer experience. Our clients love it and find it simple to register, complete the forms we need, prepay and choose their appointment within minutes.  In the nearly three years we have been using the software we have never had any problems at all. Especially important for us is the security this program provides.Setting up for our needs required following carefully the detailed instructions provided. Once you have it set up you don't have to change anything. However, there are plenty of tools to use when you do need to alter the schedule and they are all simple to do. Support is excellent and especially appreciated by a nontech person. The features are extensive. I especially love the way you can set up the process to allow forms to be completed before the appointment is set. This was a critical function for our needs and a definite selling point.  It is also very secure.If you have never done anything like this before creating the correct  schedule can be confusing until you understand what your needs are and what is described in the instructions.  There is a learning curve with that.Carefully read and use the manual and you can have an outstanding scheduling program for your business.

Diamond in the RoughI operate a gym in Tokyo, Japan and needed a system for individual clients to sign up for classes. We started out as a small operation so our requirements were simple. I researched several different scheduling options and created free trial accounts. All of the options I tried were less than ideal for different reasons. Some were unjustifiably expensive while others had so many features (that we didn't need) that it made finding what we wanted a chore. Then we found SuperSaaS amongst all the others. It was simple both in design and function, and yet the system allowed me to do many practical operations I didn't even realize I would want to do. And with a clean interface it was easy to manage. The price is unbeatable, and their customer service is quick and spot on. Of all the scheduling systems out there this one is truly a diamond in the rough.I highly recommend SuperSaaS to any small business looking for an affordable and easy to use scheduling system. Easy to use on desktop and mobile. Price. As a schesuling system it did everything I wanted it to do. It would be nice to have a dedicated app for it (instead of just creating a button on the home screen that points to the mobile site), but I realize the investment it takes to build an app.

First Time SuperSaaS use for a clubI searched last year for a booking service and found yours.This fall I implemented for my local Archery Club.The service has a few limitations that as you note are probably already part of a typical feature request list.Several business software that I deal with send out their lists - I would be interested in seeing that if you have it on an typical email notification.However every software has it's limitations that typically only suit at little as 50% of someone's process.Your pricing / business model certainly fits fresh starts and price constrained clubs as well as large commercial operations.With your customer response I have felt confident already to send an Affiliate link to two clubs and an activity business startup.At some point I could see providing this at your reseller program with one of my companies.Low cost start-upEasy configuration of a database - flexible on the fly changes

Best online schedule!SuperSaaS has helped me spend far less time on admin so I can focus on growing my business and making it easy for my customers to book whenever it suits them. They don't have to wait to find out when I'm available or if their appointment is confirmed - I love that it all happens automatically! And I could set up my appointment schedule just the way I wanted it. I could use the free version for as long as I wanted and when my business starting growing, the subscription wasn't a knock. Such great options when you're setting it up.

Great, but this app isn't being developedThis works well, although it is impossible to receive appointments that sync with Outlook for Mac and this is a nuisance. Also, the program is poor for working with appointments in different time zones. This means that a person in a different time zone still sees the calendar in your time zone and this creates scheduling difficulties. Customer service is excellent responding to issues really quickly, but this app has received zero upgrades in the last two years. I haven't seen a single improvement added to what I first started using. I am concerned that my needs are now growing beyond this program and I am looking for more comprehensive solutions. When I have asked for improvements I have just got the "it depends on how many others request it" response.

My Review.Supersaas is very useful for our B&B, but it would be very much more useful if there were more options on getting data OUT of SuperSaas, including some form of data manipulation within the program. Yes, I can take data out, and then import it into Excel or Access to manipulate the data into the format I want, but this is scrappy, and is not easily automated.

This system has allowed me to quadruple my business. We started with the minimum trial membership and now we have been able to quadruple business to over $100K per year. What started as a neighborhood hobby is now a regional enterprise. Could not have done it without this system. Now running 5 schools and 8 instructors and growing every day. Booked solid 90 days in advance- everyone prepays. PayPal loves us. Don't ever change. You would put me out of business. Don't tell my competitors!

Top-Notch Program for our Fitmess StudioWe have been using this program for the past 2 years as an effective online booking system in our spinning studio and it has all the features that our club needs in order to run smoothly and efficiently. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an easy-to use, affordable program.  The 3-tier access system is well-thought out and it is customizable in many ways.  I have to say that their customer service has been really exceptional as well - each time I had a question for them, I received a reply almost instantaneously. It is worth every penny.
