We are having major problems with Swizznet and can't get anyone to help us.

Thank you for giving us an opportunity to work with you to resolve that connectivity issue last week. I’m sorry that it went on so long and I can only imagine how frustrated you were. In our previous contact on October 10th, is looks like our understanding was that you would be reaching back out once you had the required credentials. I apologize for the misunderstanding – we dropped the ball. We strive to offer the best support and service and want to do whatever it takes to ensure our client’s satisfaction.
