Not Trustworthy!. Systems got a lot of issue. Purchased b2c and b2b with them but end up getting a crappy system, instead of this system helping your business to grow, it will give you so much stress because of so many glitches. By the time you work, you see problems everytime and it losses your confidence to continue. You cant trust the system and the people behind this. I purchased b2c and b2b with them last year and said everything will be finished by 3 months i guess but it end up finishing more than that. For some reason, there was an issue with integration, i raised the concern but the problem still exist. By that time, ive already signed some sort of sign off paperwork but then end up realizing when checking and double checking with the system, there is still a lot of work to do and when i say a lot of work, that means too many issues to fix. You will get disappointed with this. And im telling you right now, having a performance like this will bring you down especially if you paid a fortune. I dont know if they are checking the system if its working well, performing well or not, they will let you check it and you spend most of your time checking for some issues that they are meant to do. Apparently not coz if they are, this will all be smooth. What do you expect on a company that is being paid to do there job but in the end, you'll be checking a lot issues instead of you focusing on your business.?
The other issue i noticed is the head of the company cant handle customer complaints. Pushing himself and the company that they are right and nothing is wrong, well in fact there are a lot of problems. As a paying customer, you complain if what you paid for isnt delivered, if the issue happens everytime, you get furious. And i had a very bad experience when i got so furious because of some system issues thats been ongoing, instead of them solving the problem and doing it, the staffs handling our account were told to leave the conversation and left us shut, as if we were told that , if you complain again this is what we are going to do. Do you see how bad they treat their customers? They will make you feel like shit and sometimes we get emails or sometime along the line during a telephone call as if we owe them a lot. As if they are giving us a favor. Some of the Staff is also rude, called them directly to their landline started complaining about an issue but hanged up. They will also give promises they cant do. And watch out with this, they dont give SLA's which is necessary in every transaction. Being able to reply to customers concern doesnt mean good customer service. A good customer service encompasses a lot of things. And that includes, delivery of product, performance and fast resolution.
I am writing this review to tell people to be aware and i advice not to put your money in here. I have had a very bad experience in this company.
