I checked your account and see that your billing issue was promptly resolved by our team. Other than that I don't see any other support requests from you. This does not sound like a usual experience from people who use our service. If you are experiencing trouble with your email service, I invite you to contact our support team who I am sure will help resolve your issues.
We can also check logs and see why a message has been delivered late. As for the search indexing issue, we are aware of this occurring with some users, once you contact support to have it re-indexed, it will start showing results again. As mentioned we do not have any records of you contacting support for these issues. Perhaps you can reach out to support to address your concerns and may be that will prompt you to see our service in more positive light.
