This was my first experience with Ticketsource and I can honestly say that it performed well beyond my expectations. The rates, the systems and the reports were all excellent as was the ability to interact with my customers. However, when my event was rescheduled, the Ticketsource service proved exceptional. Refund requests were dealt with promptly and efficiently which gave a great impression of my operation to customers. Not taking their booking fees was particularly appreciated.

Used Ticketsource for the first time for a charity event recently. Never used an online ticketing service before and did quite a bit of research. I can honestly say they were fabulous in every way. Of course these systems take a bit of getting used to and being very comprehensive means there is a lot to think about. But the help screens are amazing and take you step by step through everything you need to do. Whats more you can amend certain things after you have gone live, which really helps, so if you get the idea that customers need more info you can add that. Its really easy to help your customers too, you can issue a refund or change tickets, or re-issue them if they are lost. Customers get a standard reminder from Ticketsource a couple of days before the event and you can even send out your own extra info to them as well. ( as long as its not marketing something else!) . Post-event service is also really good and helpful Brilliant I would highly recommend!

I found TS to be very good. Did pretty much everything I wanted it to do. It's a powerful bit of software so one has to find one's way round it but the help files are good. For one of our activities I wanted to know what the breakdown of ticket options was and that didn't seem to be available to me, which was frustrating, but otherwise all good. I especially liked the pricing structure which worked well for a charity. If the event is free, there's no booking fee either. The booking costs are paid by the purchaser (there's no option for the charge to be carried by the vendor that I'm aware of) and if an event is cancelled, a full refund is made, including the booking charge.

The system is easy to set up and easy to use. The support team are very responsive in helping to resolve queries and to explain any areas of concern. The charges come out at around 7% or 8% but savings can be made with in house sales which don't attract any charges providing you collect the money yourself. A balance of the two makes savings on time and there is added value in terms of control by using the system in terms of reporting and tracking.

“This was the first time our charity used online ticketing…”
This was the first time our charity used online ticketing for an event. And it was my first time using an online service. Most companies don't offer a lot in terms of customer service. So I was doubtful I could get it set-up and running. Boy, was I wrong! The staff at TicketSource, particularly Phill, were incredibly patient and helpful. (First off, they actually have a person you can talk to, and actually wants to help you!) It made the set-up process easy and smooth. There are so many features with TicketSource. I liked being able to log-in and immediately see how sales were doing. I could contact customers easily and quickly. And having the printed report on the day of the event made check-in fast and efficient. Another plus: the funds went into our charity's account when they said it would. I will definitely use TicketSource again! Thank you TicketSource!
