I have had many instances where there were multiple simple technical issues - I do not feel the need to elaborate as the review will become to long. I understand you get what you pay for. Could this be the case with Truehost? Also it is so funny that when I got an email to leave a review, the email said: "Leave a review if you are happy". Truehost, reviews are not just there for if you are happy.
They are a general indicator so that you can improve your business if needed.
