What is TruLogix?
TruLogix is an innovative software company developing a first of a kind IV2C platform which integrates energy industry value chains between Customers and Suppliers. Our solution represents more than just a Customer-owned or Vendor-owned software tool; it promotes tru(e) collaboration and empowers users at all levels of an organization to streamline wasteful processes & gain visibility. Our SaaS (software as a solution) platform called TruMarket offers flexibility in order pricing, schedules, and changes based upon Customer needs within a dynamic environment (like Oil & Gas). In addition, TruMarket enables suppliers to manage their execution end-to-end and takes the customer / vendor relationship to the next level. TruLogix - Empowering those who power us all

Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
TruLogix delivers solid value for straightforward supplier tracking but struggles with edge cases. Users praise its ability to consolidate supplier data in one place, replacing manual spreadsheet workflows and enabling real-time visibility across teams—a genuine time-saver for solo consultants and small operations managing order changes. The platform handles standard scenarios well and the support team is responsive.
The main catch is that non-standard situations expose limits in the platform's logic. Partial fulfillments followed by quantity revisions can confuse the status tracking, requiring manual workarounds and support intervention. Users should expect to invest extra time in setup and troubleshooting if their workflows deviate from typical paths, though the vendor's support response is prompt enough to unblock issues.

“Maybe two months in as a solo consultant and TruMarket…”
Maybe two months in as a solo consultant and TruMarket has genuinely impressed me where it counts. The end-to-end supplier execution tracking is something I used to cobble together across three spreadsheets and a shared inbox, and now it just... lives in one place. Order schedule changes in a dynamic field environment used to mean frantic emails. Here, the visibility is there for everyone involved, and that matters a lot when you're the only person on your side of the deal.
That said, edge cases will bite you. When a supplier partially fulfills an order and then revises the remaining quantity, the platform's status logic gets genuinely confused. I had to loop in their support team twice in one week over variations of that same scenario. They were responsive and friendly, but the fix felt more like a manual workaround than a real resolution. For straightforward workflows TruLogix delivers well. For anything outside the clean happy path, give yourself some extra runway.
