Udutu Pricing

Our Learning Management System is completely free to try. We offer an unrestricted, full-feature trial for your first 5 active users. No credit card. No contract. It also comes paired with our Authoring Tool, so you have everything you need to start creating courses right away.

This allows you to get access to our LMS instantly and easily to begin exploring all of its features. You're able to upload SCORM-compliant online courses from any authoring tool (Udutu, Articulate, Captivate, etc.) and begin distributing that training to anyone, anywhere. You can also use the LMS to track offline training, like face-to-face, tasks, classrooms, and more.

Once you're ready to grow, we offer a variety of very affordable plans that only charge by the active user. You can have an unlimited number of registered users in the system—great for keeping training records on past learners—and are only charged when a unique user logs in that month.

Annual Billing:

• 6-49 active users = $2.40/user/month
• 50-149 active users = $2.20/user/month
• 150-499 active users = $2.00/user/month
• 500+ active users = $1.80/user/month

Udutu Free Trial Information

The Udutu Authoring Tool is, and will always be, completely free. You can sign up for an account and begin creating courses in a few quick clicks.

When you're ready to begin tracking and reporting on those courses, you can sign up for a free trial with our LMS. The trial is not restricted by time, so you can take all the time you need to play around with the features. We offer your first 5 active users free. Once you want 6+ users, you'll have to subscribe to one of our very affordable plans.
