Was working on a config issue (nginx) all day yesterday. Really was stumped and it worried me that when I go live my website could be down for ages. I contacted their support and they offered me different models (pricing) that could support me in times like this. I do admit I am paranoid about being let down by giving a company an open cheque book. But, their support found the issue within minutes, did the changes for me and charged me the minimal amount they could. They also told me what they had done and why they had done it. Which means I do not need to use them for that error again and I learnt in the process. Thank You!

I requested a quote and once I placed the order they had me running in a few hours allowing me to complete my migration away from the nightmare of IBM outages. In total, I moved some very complex websites to the new server within 24 hours. these guys work e=round the clock and responded to me within a few minutes. In all my 30 years of IT and data centres this is the smoothest move I have ever done.

We've been with UK Servers for a few years now, and have slowly upgraded from a single leased dedicated server to colocation of several pieces of our own kit. We have nothing but excellent things to say about UKServers and all of its staff and employees. No matter the issue or query, they are always quick, friendly and helpful when responding to us. Their staff are knowledgeable and have helped us with several "remote hands" requests without any complaints or problems.
