The support team sorted it out in no time and on there advice I contacted the sales team to change a few things. Their response was excellent and the phone call took less than 10 minutes. I have had 11 dedicated servers with UK2 for over four years, I estimate I have spent £34000 with them in this time. On the 25th July 2013, without any notice they blocked a custom port that my application uses. They have refused to re-open it and I have now cancelled my business with them. If they treat an established long term customer in this manner, I can't imagine how they treat smaller clients.
