Tried to change the Registrar tag, total nightmare so ended up getting nominet involved who resolved the issue within days.
I tried to speak to the owner but unfortunately he never personally returned my emails or phones calls, I could only ever speak to support.
If customer service is important to you, keep looking!

Just spent 5 days trying to resolve a 'mail-box full' issue. Phoned the UKhost4U 0800 number and spoke to Adviser Samuel Barr and problem was resolved in under 5 minutes. Great service!
