It was an outcome of a simple observation: Why has health care technology impeded progress in care delivery rather than “truly” improving clinician satisfaction? This mismatch led us to strive for a “true” Electronic Health Platform (EHP) rather than putting bandages on broken systems. We teamed with clinical leaders, and several technologists to create a powerful, web-based, easy to use, interoperable platform through which health care facilities, administrators and clinicians engage, personalize and delight patient care.
