The old Vertex ran but required constant maintenance, monthly updates, SQL knowledge. With the cloud, no longer do you worry about down times, corrupted databases and the like. The Vertex team is very helpful from the moment you buy the software. Thanks to Vertex, the team, and software I no longer have to stress out each month. Instead of manually preparing sales tax returns one at time. The comfort of knowing that our monthly sales tax filings for various states are all correct and processed on time.
