A one stop shop for visitors and contractors to sign in and also the asset management component for keeping track of our visitor access cards. The flexibility the system offers is great; in particular the custom questionnaires and the triggers.The customer service is exceptional! The team has been fantastic with training and listening to the users' feedback and implementing those changes in the system. People email the Customer Service Team with details of the visitor / s they are expecting; our front counter staff enter these visitors into the system and simply check them in on arrival.Visitor Management System is easy to use and all customer service staff are very comfortable using the system.When asked "What do you like least about Visitor Management System?"
