reviewing only the dental charting VisDental software; they changed the name to Dental Workflows.
This software has extremely high time burden and is very difficult for new users to learn. Essentially its too many clicks for everything you need to do. There is very limited functionality on prefab templates/notes.
The odontogram has been a long standing complaint of users and last year they provided an update that they were very excited to roll out. We were told that teeth would be anatomically accurate and be much better workflow. When released, every tooth has an occlusal view of a first molar. Every tooth. Still no proper representation of buccal or lingual surfaces, no way to record class V. It doesn't seem possible that they have a dentist or hygienist consulting for them.
