Vyte is an all in one scheduling app to organize meetings efficiently and implement a full booking solution.

Create custom meetings :

Create 1-to-1 meetings or Group events with one or several invitees/participants (they do not have to create a Vyte account). Define one or more dates and places propositions for the meeting with a timezone recognition. Participants get notified and invited to vote for their preferences and you can confirm the meeting depending on the votes.

Get booked for a meeting :

Share/Insert/Integrate custom scheduling pages to let people book a meeting in a few clicks without creating a Vyte account, depending on your availability. Define your event types, the slots duration, default meeting locations, physical or digital depending on the object of the meeting and confirm your events automatically or manually. Design your custom scheduling page with a profile picture, a logo and a background picture but you can also upload a custom style sheet CSS to respect your graphic chart.

Calendar Management/Monitoring :

Your Vyte account comes up with a calendar interface and a meeting dashboard to check, confirm, modify or cancel meetings in real time. Vyte also lets you sync all your online calendars on the same account : Google Calendar, Office Calendar, Microsoft Exchange Calendar, iCloud Calendar, CalDAV.

Notification and Reminders :

Vyte will automatically send notifications to the participants of the meeting to keep you updated :

• When a slot is booked - Event creation
• When the meeting is confirmed
• If the event is modified or scheduled
• a reminder before the meeting

Notifications are available by :

• Mail
• IOS Push notifications
• Webhooks mechanics to trigger notifications automatically on other platforms
• Coming up : SMS (when the meeting is confirmed)

Team Scheduling :

Vyte lets you handle your team schedule hassle-free ! Create teams on Vyte with one or more admins and members and configure the availability of each member so that you can create and share booking pages for each team. The team scheduling page will display all the slots when a member of the team is available and depending on your configuration, Vyte will assign the meeting to a member of the team by round robin, or the entire team to book every member of the team at the same time.

Vyte also comes up with an admin interface composed of the teams dashboards and calendars for the admins to check, confirm, reschedule, reassign or cancel the meetings of their teams. The team scheduling feature also includes admin notifications when a team member is booked.
