A simple and effective team organising tool that is especially useful in a workplace where scheduling all activities, such as shifts and breaks, is very important and where a simple calendar is not enough. When I work offers easy shift scheduling, efficient way of swapping shifts between the employees, requesting time off, and communicating with a whole team through the chat.

Well for one I don't use any paper for the schedule before I would draft few schedules on paper before using the app eliminates that waste. Schedule 30 to 40 shows a month across 12 performers is a lot to keep track of. WIW allows me to quickly assign performers to shows. The Notification to the Performers is great and the Reminder 2 hours or so before the Show is excellent...

At one point we were doing shows every weekend and were using the OPEN opportunity. I would publish the date and time the opens would be published. Performers would be able to pick the show they wanted based on thier schedule. Being able too publish OPEN shifts in 1 push was very easy to do. I would fill an entire month of shows in about 15 minutes ... VERY efficient.

Overall, When I Work is a great tool that allows multiple people all with different availabilities to be easily scheduled.
