Really slow backup software. Often the software would not even complete a backup successfully. We called support on numerous occasions over the several years that we used the software. They could not seem to resolve the issues. I suspected that it was an issue with our server but after installing another online backup software, we were able successfully backup ALL of our customers in 3 days doing a full backup of the same files selected with WhosaleBackup. Really bad software!

I was really surprised when I read your comment here.
I have checked with the support team as they do keep detailed records for all of our support calls. Looks like there were 6 calls placed over a 1 year span. The last contact with Kevin from Advantage was Aug 30th 2016. During that call Support was able to walk you through a few issues with some clients, but support was unable to get remote access to dive a little deeper, looks like your were going to call back later when we could remote in. But there was no call back.

This same WholesaleBackup platform is running on thousands of machines across the world and we've have been in business for 15 years and continue to grow. That would be pretty hard to achieve if our platform and service wasn’t of the highest quality.
