I saw their ads like every day and decided to have a call. The sales person was really nice, and explained everything that was not helping my store get more sales. I took a few of those ideas and decided to try them myself, and after a week, they worked. That was really a large part of the reason why I signed up. If free advice works, what will happen when I pay for it? I’ve been a customer for about six months. Unfortunately, I am no longer a customer, but only because I took over things on my own after the base foundation was setup. Everyone I interacted with was very professional, happy to help, and punctual. The designs they created for our ads were spectacular and well though out. There is no doubt that our sales increased solely because of this company. I would recommend them to any store owner.

I signed up with this company earlier this yet, and I was terrible in the first two weeks since I saw little to no movement. As time went by, the advertising started to get better and better and my hopes were back up. I am about eight months with this company and I can’t say one bad thing about them. They have truly helped my store scale, not at the rate that I would like, but in a more realistic time. I was really swayed by everyone on YouTube touting how they get results in days and it turns out that this is a bunch of miss information which held me back for a long time, and had me trying different things all of the time to the point that I never knew what worked because I never gave it a chance. My only saying would be that if you’re thinking of signing up with this company is that you give it time and ignore all of the get rich quick overnight YouTube videos before you fall into a vicious cycle like I did. Mike was my first account person when I signed up and I wasn’t too happy with him. He was slow, and not really eager to help. I talked to a manager about that, and they quickly assigned me to Lindsay, and wow, it was a HUGE difference. She cared for my store as if it were own, checked in all of the time, gave me reports, and estimations on what she expects over the month. If you run into someone that doesn’t care, talk to someone higher up at the company and get switched quickly. I would recommend unified to everyone, and suggest that you give them a try for your store. I hope that you have a similar experience as mine.

It’s probably the first good review that I have written for a marketing agency. The last agency that I chose did absolutely nothing for my online store and the difference between the the same time spent with this company is night and day. Really big thank you to Jacob. This guy deserves a raise with how well he managed my store. He was prompt and very professional. Not going to lie, there was time where I thought this was all a big bust, but Jacob took the time to not just explain everything to me but actually help me understand. I have an IT degree and background, but digital marketing is completely different from what I’m used to. One thing I did not like was when I got started, I got to choose out a few stores pretty much and that was it. I feel like I should be able to see everything that your company has to offer especially since I have about 3-4 stores with you now. This is a huge roadblock for me and is kinda limiting me with wanting to sign up with more stores. The platform that they offer is awesome. Simply put, it has everything I need to know how my store is progressing in one single place and where things are going. The monthly reports that are sent out along with Jacob reviewing them with me was a big help in me understanding what the numbers mean. For everyone - it’s worth the money. Jacob was really dedicated to helping my store and worked on it relentlessly. I spent so much money on courses and marketing companies over the last year that I was about to draw the line in the sand and call it quits. Hire them! Then, tell them that Jill sent you and you might get a promotion from what I heard about their affiliate program. Could save some money for the both of us so it’s a win win.

“Had Why Unified run my store for the last three…”
Had Why Unified run my store for the last three months.....and it worked out! After some trial and error in the start, we were profitable in month two. I would recommend Why Unified to anyone that is starting their own store or already has one. Everyone on the team that I interacted with was very prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Not only did they take over my store and do everything for me, but they also educated me along the way. It turns out that all of the things that I learned about on YouTube was a lot of miss-information. Really thankful that I ran into this company and saved so much money. By the end of month two, I was able to recoup my losses from all the months I spent doing it on my own. Few pros and cons: - My password resets sometimes when I login to the dashboard. Not a big deal, but I think it's a glitch. Not sure if it's fixed since it hasen't happened in a while. - The dashboard is awesome. I can see everything about my store in real-time. It brights together my advertising camapign, store, customer orders, and everything in one place. - The fact that you guys handle the customer service and the order processing for my store is just unbeliveable. This has taken a huge cost and time off my shoulders. Never lose this feature! - Love the fact that we get paid directly to our Stripe account and that you guys don't take any portion of our sales. So many other companies wanted a 25% revenue share. I really have nothing bad to say! I know with reviews, someone always has something to say, but your company has made my dropshipping dreams come true and opened my eyes to a whole new world of making money through my store. I'll be opening a few more stores with you and recommending a few friends.

My time with this company was absolutely fantastic. While there are things that could be better, the bottom line is that they helped me build up the business and reach my goal of selling the business. I searched for about a few months for a company that could help me accomplish this and me and the consultant that I spoke with vibes and spoke the same language. He understood my needs and helped me reach my goal. The advertisements that they ran for my company were not just some basic ads but ads that really stood out from my competitors in a pretty saturated market. The team really understood how to find the right angle and make our products more superior. The marketing also did well and the end result was great. I invested about $20,000 in the ads over 4 months and we tripled sales and profit from when I was doing it myself. The price point that is offered is very competitive and very hard to find. When I was talking to my consultant it was almost too good to be true. I would recommend Unified. They will be the first stop when I build my next business in a couple of months.

“I initially chose why unified for my existing store where…”
I initially chose why unified for my existing store where I had lots of click but no sales. They did great with that store and got me revenue positive. I diddn't achieve as much as I wanted with that store, so I sold it instead after building it back up so that I can get some money back. Not their fault, the products just weren't in demand as much as I thought that they would be. So I signed up with their dropshipping plan where they do it for me. I'm glad that I did. I have about 5 stores with them now and all of them are doing excellent and much better than the store of my own was doing before. I saved lots of money with this plan and most importantly time. Their products are REALLY GOOD. They have none of the issues I faced previously (chargebacks, returns, complaints). Only downfall is that I can't stop using them with this plan if I want to keep things going which still makes sense because it's a rental model. The fees are REALLY low in comparison to most agencies out there. From my experience, others are like $30K and include little to no support. So at the end, they are still VERY worth it. The account rep is an awesome dude and has helped me build my businesses up. Can't complain one bit about anything with this company. I RARLEY leave reviews unless I have a bad experience but why unified really deserves this. They walk the talk, which is rare in the marketing world.
