Our office snack delivery business has been outsourcing our marketing services for years and Wishpond has been a great all-in-on solution. Their fully managed marketing service is incredibly convenient and the service is great! For only $750 / month we have full access to their skilled designers, ad specialists, and hand-on project managers. We used to pay 3 different people for these services and we now have everything in 1 place with Wishpond, while cutting our cost in half. I would recommend Wishpond to any small to medium business who wants to accelerate their marketing program.

I signed an agreement with Wishpond that expressly stayed Wishpond will provide up one campaign over a two month period.
Wishpond became in breach of this with the first campaign being completed and the next having not begun in nearly 4 months.
I did think that this was a situation where our agreement was now void.
Apparently not the view from Wishpond.
Money was still taken from my business account.
Emails not answered from Wishpond.
I received 4 key contact staff changes from the Wishpond team during my dealings with Wishpond.

"Incredible team and great service! "
What do you like best?
I have managed the Wishpond Account for the last year and a half for email marketing trigger emails, content campaigns, giveaways, and landing page building. The team at Wishpond that I worked with (Moe T, Fransisco S and Felipe R) have always always ALWAYS gone above and beyond for my company. Their customer service and organization has made is simple and easy to trust them with our brand voice. The metrics and deliverables are outstanding generating new leads and driving sales has been our target out of the gate and they always perform.

What do you dislike?
It's actually difficult for me to think of downsides. Anytime I brought up an issue my team was eager to help resolve it. They always went above and beyond for me.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have them run social giveaways for you. They build great landing pages and have GREAT success in growing our email list with minimum ad spend.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Wishpond has increased our email open rates, driven more traffic to website and helped us grow followers on social platforms with their giveaway programs. The landing pages they build are always beautiful and on brand. They are honest with deadlines and always on top of the projects.

Terrible, untrustworthy company. Took the initial $500, then my employment situation changed and I asked them to put the whole thing on hold. Then they took another $500. No refund. They did ZERO work on my behalf and took $1000 from me. Disgraceful and unethical.

You signed an agreement for 12 months for $500 a month. For 2 months we were ready to work with you, after your situation changed we agreed to cancel the reminder of the contract. On top of canceling the $6000 contract we agreed to provide the $1000 as credit for when you are ready to work with us in the future.

Disappointing service. During the whole voting campaign we have had to contact the customer service chat to help us solve issues. Gmail addresses from Europe did not receive confirmations up till 4 hours or sometimes not at all. Many email confirmations just directed straight through to the Wishpond website, when pressing the link "i like to confirm my vote".

The call centre always responded immediate and kind. But it seems that the tech team and accounts team do not really bother to care about the users. I received no notification that the trial period was over and paid 580USD for a service that does not work correctly.

When contacting accounts requesting a refund (10 days after the money got taken out of my account) - I got told that regardless of the service failing, I was 5 days (!?) too late and because I still had 6000 conversions I was not eligible for a refund.

Reading the previous reviews, I was not the only one experiencing issues with their ruthless accounts team. To me, not something that is considered "customer friendly service".

We don't provide any refunds if you have more than 50 participants, if you had 6000 we wouldn't issue a refund. If you want to run a 1 time contest we appreciate if you go for a monthly plan or use the free trial and cancel. If you had less than 50 leads and contact us less than 2 weeks after you got charged we would have been happy to issue a refund.

I paid for the service for a month and did not ask for a repeat service.
You say that an inscription allows access to my account and does not take into account the number of uses. I find your way to proceed very dishonest because, the customer is not informed that an automatic debit will be made in my credit card. Several companies such as LinkedIn send an email to notify us of the end of the contract.
My organization FAME-Amazones will never again take your services for the next event we will do.

“Awesome Features”
Overall: It's very convenient to use since I am working from home. I get to help my employer by entering details to the landing page where we track leads and sales. Itss very helpful and made the company keep going strong until now.
Pros: Its very easy to use and is user friendly. You will be able to choose on how to grow your business by the features Wishpond offers.
Cons: Nothing so far. Never experience an ossue for the last 6 months.

"A go-to platform for my agency"
What do you like best?
TRANSPARENCY - Unlike a lot of marketing platforms, Wishpond actually does what it advertises. The platform is user-friendly and intuitive. And I am always confident that I won't be tricked into over-promised features and delivered value.

PRICE - I also like that pricing is so fair & there is no price gouging. I don't feel like I am being ripped off & the easy start-stop payment plans makes it easy to work with shifting client budgets without being on the hook to pay for a platform you aren't utilizing.

FLEXIBILITY - I love how customizable the platform is. I can essentially imagine a campaign/workflow and am never nervous that Wishpond won't be able to accommodate. There is a workaround or a feature for just about anything & I appreciate that.

SERVICE - No lie, upon contacting "chat" and being connected to Nick, I discovered he was the most informative, helpful Customer Service Desk/Support person I have ever spoken with in my entire life. I am 33. Give him a raise but don't take him away from his job. He's gold. I wish I encountered more people like him when I am in need of support & real answers. Bravo, Nick. And thanks to Wishpond for the great customer service.

What do you dislike?
Sometimes the platform can be a little slow (ie downloading leads)

I would love a more robust, in-depth reporting dashboard

More design-friendly options would be great (better web fonts, cleaner more modern templates, etc.)

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
A ton but the two biggest & most important are:

1. Being able to quickly execute digital social campaigns without the need for a programmer or getting my clients IT department involved.

2. Being able to test, learn, & optimize methods of entry, lead generation, etc.

"Good marketing platform"

What do you like best?
In a world where human tasking is slow and counter-productive in business, one of my favourite tools is Wishpond.

It is a relatively easy-to-use marketing automation software that makes drip campaigns, social media contests and lead scoring a painless process. Great for building your brand and email lists!

Compared to the other tools out there, Wishpond is very intuitive (even for non-techies) and the interface is easy on the eye — features I always hope for in any app.

The best part? It CAN be incredibly simple ... But you can ALSO go very complex and completely personalize your website for your visitors via its API. (See 'business problems solved', further below.)

The support team are also very helpful and reliable — which is another big bonus. Compared to other martech apps, they stand head and shoulders above.

What do you dislike?
Rarely, the interface can act clunky in certain sections (the same with most automation software) — although this is usually rectified quickly. If not, I just let the team know and they sort it...

There isn't much else to say here!

Recommendations to others considering the product:
— Ensure you have a good developer on your side if you want the best from this product

— As with any automation software, plan ahead and don't just expect to use it perfectly from day 1

— Lean on the support team if you need anything

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Wishpond is the primary tool I use to collect, engage, and convert subscribers.

The primary reason I recommend Wishpond is its flexibility — it’s extremely adaptable; the API has been complexly used on my site to personalize the entire customer journey.

While ClickFunnels and Leadpages have their strengths, Wishpond is more of a multi-purpose all-in-one tool that also accommodates the whole email automation side, too (something not typically included in other platforms at the same price level).

For this reason (plus the API), it’s a very powerful piece of kit to own.

To sum up: I love Wishpond for its scalability, adaptability, simple user interface, and its many features — often provided separately in other platforms. I like one place, one price.”

Terrible customer care. Tried for a couple of days and decided it was not for us. Tried to cancel after a couple of months and they would not refund any money. Charged us for a whole year even though we tried to cancel two months in. Not looking out for their customers. Read the fine print.

The annual plan comes with an annual commitment. There is a discount but you must commit for the full year. If you use it for months and ask us for a refund we would be unable to provide that. We do offer a 14 days free trial on any annual plans to see if we are a fit

THIS IS A ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH WISHPOND!

I have canceled the plan A MONTH AGO! I am VERY SURPRISED to see 149$ charge on a credit card! and there is no way that I can remove my my credit card information and get my money back!

But this is a terrible way to do business - refusing to refund even I didnt use the services at all!!!

I've never come across a service like this before. it's an obvious way to trap people.

As we have explained to you: On November 8th, 2018, we specially refunded your annual charges and transferred you to monthly plan. We see that you have been actively using the platform in the past week. We also explained that your plan will renew if you do not cancel your subscription, and your subscription has renewed as it was not cancelled before the renewal date. Our terms and conditions clearly state that you are solely responsible for cancelling your own subscription. But most importantly, we can see that you have been using out platform until last week, so unfortunately a refund is not possible. Overall: These folks are always so nice and helpful (especially given my lack of technical skills).
Pros: Generally when you understand the logic, it make sense.
Cons: Because I am someone who would use this a few times/year, I get rusty in how to use it. Practice makes perfect on any software and this is no different. So I struggle each time.

"So Far, So Good"
What do you like best?
I love how exciting this feels. The end products from Wishpond seem very polished. They were so quick to start work on our first campaign and it was very easy to get in touch with my campaign manager. I especially love the many features available within the program, without the need to integrate any other programs. I may be able to cancel my email marketing program and merge everything over to Wishpond! So far, Wishpond has most of my needs covered and lots of "wants" that I hadn't expected. Customer service has been stellar.

What do you dislike?
Not much to say just yet. We recently signed on and have yet to really dig deep into the DIY aspect of Wishpond. I'm sure, as time goes on, that I'll find small things that perhaps I would like to see changed. However, if they're program maintenance is as dependable as their customer service, then I'm not too concerned.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to ask the questions. You should walk away from any potential relationship with confidence that you understand everything discussed. If your rep doesn't want to take the time, then ask for someone else. I had a great experience with Dan and I hope all the reps at Wishpond are just as competent and patient.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are a small (almost micro) business with hands-on knowledge. Trouble is, we haven't had much 'hands-on' with marketing. It's not something we went to school to learn. I enjoy adding skills to my portfolio, but when quick decisions need to be made, sometimes the learning curve is too slow.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am outing this company in Canada who have ripped me off big time!!

They were meant to deliver a sales funnel campaign to me using SMS. They promised they could do it and started taking out monthly payments from my account. 4 months later (it was meant to take 1), they still had not delivered the first campaign (I was then meant to do the remaining 11 on the myself using their software) and on top of that they ruined my eBook launch by not providing the correct tech to do so, as promised prior to signing up. They ignored questions, had no idea what was going on when I requested a phone conference, were not transparent with extra costs, kept making errors and I had to advise them on certain aspects, the sms didn’t work, the eBook didn’t load or send, the Facebook ads didn’t deliver, they lied about how many leads it generated, and their broken system meant I had to apologise to leads on email and go into damage control. I am currently asking for a refund and they are refusing. I am requesting to take it higher and they are blocking me. They have ripped me off and caused major stress in my business and life. I am publishing this here because they do not offer a review section on their Facebook page nor do they have a phone number or a complaints department.

"Best ESP."
What do you like best?
Wishpond has, by far, the best customer service I've experienced in a ESP. My account rep and I text each other and when i need something done, or have a question, it is handled immediately no matter what time of day I reach out. This is extremely helpful to me.

What do you dislike?
Depending on the IP pool you are in, if there is high traffic that day, sends may take awhile to go out.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try you will be pleasantly surprised.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
List segmentation through their workflows really helps me keep my sending optimized. Through a highly segmented list I see the highest level of deliverability and ROI.

“Great Platform for Marketing and Lead Generation”
Pros: Wishpond is incredibly easy to use. The templates are beautiful and offer endless customization options. I'm not a techie and I figured it out quickly. I opted for the hybrid package where the team assists with the first campaign. They're really great and super responsive. I tried another platform before and it was a lot more expensive and not nearly as good. I'm launching my campaign this week so I will follow up with a review once that's done and be generating some leads. Overall I highly recommend Wishpond if you're looking to grow your business through outbound marketing.

“We used the Voting Contest for a giveaway of one of our service offerings. It was fun!”
Overall: We were able to conduct a fair contest for a giveaway of our service we wanted to donate to a community non-profit. Additionally, we were able to raise a lot of awareness for our company because each non-profit was able to easily share and ask others to participate.
Pros: I like how easy it was to set up the voting platform and having the real-time visual of the contest as it was in progress. Voters were very active and it was easy for us to share on social media. I like that each contestant had the ability to share a link specifically to their page.
Cons: I honestly can't think of anything that wasn't in line with exactly what we wanted to achieve. I have no cons.

“Great experience and easy to manage”
Overall: We were able to get the campaign up and running in just a few hours rather than a few days and the ease of use from the UX side made it easy for our followers to sign up and participate.
Pros: We love how easy it is to implement a campaign and how it organizes the content and the data on the back end to make it easy to manage. We also love how easy it is for the user to take part in our contests now!
Cons: It gets a little pricy as you scale up and this software makes it so easy to sign up for the user that your usage will go up quickly.

“Fun for our customers - Great for our company”
Overall: WishPond was a great way to interact with our customers in a fun way while gaining useful information
Pros: I really like the contests we were able to run through WishPond. It made our brand more interactive and gave us great insight into our customer base at the same time. Win-win!
Cons: WishPond was a bit limiting at times. We weren't able to do some of the things we were hoping with our contests but it is still a great software overall. Perhaps one day they'll make necessary improvements.

"Easy to Use"
What do you like best?
I love Wishpond's easy user interface. I was able to use their beautiful templates to guide me in making awesome landing pages and pop ups! I also like that you have the choice to just use it on their servers if you want, so you can just get campaigns up and running and don't have to worry about putting code into your own site.

What do you dislike?
I found it tricky to figure out where to put the pop up code on our site. We have wordpress, and I am not a developer, so it was hard to know where to put that kind of code.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do the free trial and just test with someone simple to start. The Wishpond team is SUPER helpful and responsive. They will also do one-on-one training with you, which I used but also used their chat feature a lot.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I'm trying to learn about who our website visitors and general audience is. So, I'm using wishpond to help me do lead generation and gather data about those leads. We're writing interesting content and testing out a few hypothesis about who we think is on our site.

Beware, this unethical company makes fraudulent charges on your credit card. I have reported to the police and initiated a chargeback with our bank. Stay far away unless you enjoy being scammed by these scam artists.

The Instagram hashtag contest is flawed and does not pull all entries. Wishpond refuses to acknowledge this. I had to deal with complaints because persons entered our contest multiple times and did not see their entries in the gallery. I myself witnessed people submit posts that met all of the criteria and they were not pulled from Instagram. Has anyone else had this or similar experiences with the execution of a campaign?

Overall: Wishpond is a very handy marketing tool. It has helped me a lot during the business. It helped our products to get in more demand. Social promotion options like popups, click, scrolling, pop up msgs, forms help us gather e mail from our active viewers. We can easily share them on social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, iGoogle, LinkedIn, and Ning. Wishpond brings all our product information to the visitors in such a way that makes them visible, accessible and convenient to purchase, no matter how they shop. The interface is very easy to use and ideal. Drag-and-drop feature makes it much easier no need to learn to code. Great software!
Pros: 14-day free trial. Friendly 24/7 Support. Embed on our Website. Multi-user support. Drag & Drop. Real-time Stats.
Cons: Editor for pages is not so sound. Customer support is not upto the mark. They still have lots of bugs which are yet to be improved. Needs time in learning and getting handy in it.

“Wishpond Review ”
Overall: I found out about Wishpond through the Youtube channel, where they share tips and educate their clients on how to use the platform and what they can achieve with it. Currently, at Lion Development we are using Wishpond plugging to run our Landing pages, as well as creating landing pages for other clients. It has made the work much easier and gives us the tools we needed to perfectly engage our clients. Any question we had regarding the platform was answered within minutes. Part of my job as a Digital Marketing Consultant is to provide and suggest tools for my clients to use, I will be suggesting wishpond to a lot of my clients!
Pros: The platform has a lot of different tools that you can use.They have a pluggin for wordpress that is completely FREE, of course if you need to run certain features like an A/B test then you will have a fee to pay. It also shows you the analytics for the page you have created. After creating a Landing page we ran it on Google Analytics and the results were excellent 80/100 page speed and 100/100 on user experience.
Cons: It has a lot of tools and ways in which they can be used, so users might get overwhelm, but all the youtube videos based on customer education of the product will help the user understand each step and each tool.

“Outstanding Service for an outstanding product”
Overall: I have been using Wishpond lightly for a month now and I can say the service has been great. I am not a paid subscriber yet and I haven't been treated as if I wasn't paid client either. I love all the tutorials where I can learn at my own pace. I'm still getting used this method of marketing, Wishpond has made it less intimidating.
Pros: I really appreciated the one on one appointment I had with Kevin. It was made when I was available to give my full attention and now I am excited to try other Wishpond products.
Cons: I don't have any cons, my experience has been consistently great!

Overall: Initially, we were sceptical about the product and its services. Not sure about how the ROI will be. But, Wishpond met all our expectations. Overall: We joined Wishpond quite some time ago, and have been using it to gain extra revenue via sponsored photo contests. We tried several other programs and online interfaces, but Wishpond really has the easiest to use and best looking interface. The ease of customization is great, each contest can look exactly like we want it to, tailored for each client. We also love how simple it is to export new contacts to our mailing system, integrate into our existing social media and website, and there are so many more awesome features. One of the best parts of the whole deal is their customer service. Any time we need help we can chat with someone almost instantly. Plus, their regular emails with marketing tips are super helpful. I used wishpond's contest tool for a couple clients with great success. Instagram Hashtag Contest Tool is by far the favourite amongst my clients. Their support is quick to respond. The only thing is that they charge in $US which was a bit of an inconvenience since I am in Canada. The $US to CAD exchange rate is slightly off lately, so the platform becomes a bit more expensive than expected.

I agreed to a bill of $14.95 a month. On July 4th, Wishpond withdrew over $600, leaving me and my family in a mess. They say they offer 24/7 service but they won't answer emails and they have no number listed. The second you pay, the chat turns to message and they are no where to help. I loved the service, I used it to get to number one on Amazon, but if they don't answer my message for a call. Check your messages, Wishpond.

I first found out about Wishpond through a friend and I didn’t really know what to expect but the price seemed about right so I thought I should take a look. I was browsing through their tools on their website and a chat box popped up that I thought was a bot at first.

But the girl, Judy, helped me out and showed me some very cool examples of contests that other tanning studios did. All in all, the results were good and I am likely going to run another giveaway once the busy season ends.

Customer service was good but its because they realize how faulty the product is. My campaign crashed while it was running which was a total disaster which meant extra work for my team following up with confused users asking why they cant participate in the photo contest. Its seems like they are good at marketing themselves but the actual product needs a lot of tweaking before it can said its reliable. Two thumbs down!

One of my clients told me about wishpond and i decided to give it a try. the interface is a bit confusing at first and their support does not respond to the email right away, hence the 4 star rating

I did like the fact that you can do ads and set up the landing page in one place, they also taught me about retargeting. The results were slow at first but was gradually picking up. Got a few orders out of the leads from the landing page.

Overall good stuff.

Wishpond is an unethical company.

Our experience with them was shocking and we are still meeting businesses who have been duped by them.

They lull you into a false sense of security by signing up on a trial basis then remove a full years subscription from your account without warning and then absolutely refuse to refund your money. Bree, one of their 'representatives' and current 'face' of the company, is particularly unhelpful.

It has happened so many times now we are actually gathering statements and taking our case to trading standards. They should not be allowed to get away with this. Clearly this is a recurring problem and they have engineered their process so they can scam people.

Maybe the company is in financial trouble and this is the only way they can make money or maybe they only care about the big companies, either way its a shame because the actual product is ok.

However if you a small company, start up or charity, this can be devastating. We are not all big corporate, blue chip organisations and therefore a full years subscription can be quite debilitating when you have not budgeted for it. I assume that's why they offer the monthly payments...?

Our recommendation? Steer clear of this company

It allows me to create Landing Pages, Social Campaigns, Manage ads and Create drip campaigns through email automation which are very effective for online lead generation.

- I liked the Landing Page creator which is handy and easy to use.
- Social Campaigns Tool is truly amazing. I loved it too.
- Contest tool is the best among all other (similar) which is easy to use.
- Though I use MailChimp, I tried the email tool and it is quite good too.

Overall, it's a great platform that I will definitely recommend.

After reading the reviews I got a bit curious, they are either 1 start or 4-5, and most of the bad reviews seems related to refunds or charges. I need to use landing pages and a sweepstakes so I thought to give it a try. First I needed to look whether they offer refunds and it seems like their refund policy is fair, I don't want to commit for a yearly plan yet, but I want to try it for free, so I selected the yearly plan and moved to monthly.

The landing pages creator are not as flexible as unbounce, and need some CSS knowelege, they told me they will have a new product soon. 3/5

Their emails tools are really basic, I would still stick with Mailchim. 3/5

Their contest tools are solid, seems to be the easiest yet powerful 5/5.

Support is also good, they offer live chat (css help, and js), and they offer a lot of different hours.

The prices are also really good, way cheaper than most companies 5/5, I did not see anything murky about what they charge, I canceled my account before the 14 days and move to a monthly plan with out any issues.

OMG! I signed up for the monthly plan of $45 per month - the website said it included a free trial of 14 days - and now it turns out that after 14 days they bill you for a year!! $540!! Do not fall into this trap! I only did a small contest of 1 week with a few hundred clicks. We are a non-profit and we simply feel scammed! They do not even notify you that they are charging your card; it is just a very unpleasant surprise!

Thanks for your feedback. Hmm, our pricing and plans page says pretty clearly that our monthly plan is $69 dollars and doesn't offer a free trial. Are you talking about the free trial for our annual plan? This would explain why you were billed for the annual plan after your trial expired.

From our records it looks like we sent the trial expiry warning emails to the email address you entered when you signed up (which you said in chat was an intern), so perhaps that's why you didn't see the emails.

Also, according to our records you actually received over 500 participants in your campaign, which made you ineligible to receive a refund (according to our policy: http://support.wishpond.com/knowledge_base/topics/how-can-i-get-a-refund account). But, as we understand that mistakes can be made, actually refunded you 50% of your annual payment and gave you the other 50% in credit.

I've been pleased with the selection of templates available to create a multitude of marketing campaigns. Some of these include creating a coupon, contest or pop-up. The site is easy to use and makes effective campaigns. I like that it tracks the views, conversion, etc. so I can easily see my results. There were some areas where I wish I had more control to do even more customization than was allowable, but I guess that's probably to be expected when using templates.

I've been using Wishpond as a simple way to promote my business. I don't have a lot of time, and having the campaign tools all in one place was my primary purpose for choosing this tool. I came to this site looking for a landing page and I was pleased to see that they had many different options. They even had a page for exactly what I was looking for to showcase my ebook. Their interface is very easy to use, even for older people who don’t know a lot about coding. After successfully creating a landing page, I became interested in the other services this website provides. The contests and coupons seem like a good idea, so I’m going to try one of those next. The only thing I really hope they will incorporate soon is some kind of special support for users who need extra help. I want to utilize other Wishpond tools but I need more help than just the chat/phone support.

Do not fall into their trap of the 14 day trial. Especially if you are running a short campaign. Signing up for the 14 day trial sets you up on the annual pay plan. Contacted them about the error and they kept saying they had fixed it in billing but they continued to ping my card every week trying to get the annual rate. Very poor business practice!

We understand the yearly commitment requires more thought, that why we only offer free trials on yearly plans. If you want to only run a 5 days campaign just sign up for the monthly plan and then cancel at the end of the campaign, that way is fair for both of us.

Signing up to this website was as easy as ABC with only my email address and password required after which I was able to create a landing page, contest, coupon, form or popup, all these meant to increase leads to my business website, facilitating B2B lead generation, B2C lead Generation, EBook download, better sales and also easier registration and use of the website. For any marketing and campaign needs, this is the website to sign up to especially given their very fair pricing and the 14-day free trial for each of its plans. :)

Very easy to use even for new people like myself with the really nice buttons at the top of the page directing you to exactly what you are looking for such as Facebook advertising or creating a contest. The customer service was great as well, quick to respond, and friendly. It's easy to sign up for too being able to connect to it using social media sites like Facebook and Twitter. The prices for the plans are pretty good for all you get and with the free trial you can try out whatever plan suits you for 14 days. I have used Wishpond on several occasions. I have created landing pages and contests. I'm satisfied with their service as the software is highly functional. You can basically start your campaign in 10-20 minutes. I really liked that, I run multiple campaigns throughout the week. The customer support is helpful, although they seem little too pushy at times. However, most of the websites and software I used before didn't even had a customer support, which makes me to appreciate the effort of Wishpond.

Nevertheless, the software is nicely organized and easy to use for me, but I think it would not be as simple as that for the average users that have little knowledge on software like this. But, that didn't change my mind to rate this company and software 5 stars. This is an exceptional software product that is helping me a lot. I'm really thankful for what they are doing. I can warmly recommend them to anyone.

Can be a few dramas with time differences if you need things done quickly and the rest of the world is still on the weekend, however still able to get support if you require it urgently. Was a little annoyed with not being able to use separate company domains for different campaigns running at the same time, however you can get around by using different embed methods.

They have a very good customer service section - if you have any questions, they're very friendly and get back to you quickly! The design of the site is very good in my opinion, aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. Creating landing pages, etc. is very simple even for beginners like myself - they have a tab at the bottom that says "Show me how" where you can find step by step instructions for anything you're having trouble with. I'm very impressed with the level of helpfulness the site gives the user - it was super convenient for me when using the website. The templates were pretty good, and if you're good at coding you can customize and make your own to fit your needs. Overall, it's well-designed, user friendly, and has tons of handy features that make the user experience more pleasant. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!

Great tool selection. Not the most user-friendly interface as it takes time to really figure out whats what. Also limited template customization unless you know coding. The tech support chat was helpful to get up to speed - nice feature!

The photo contest will not allow anyone to upload a photo from their cell phone, so they will have to enter your contest from a computer with a web browser ONLY. Support is lost and they ignore the problem and expect us here in South Florida to collect 50 screen captures and each phone's particular before they will look into it. How about they support and diagnose their own trouble? Go find another service!

Thanks for your review. Just to clarify, our photo contest works on any device, however, if you are hosting it on Facebook you need to share the bit.ly, since Facebook does not allow tabs on a page.

We are sorry, we would never ask you to send us 50 screen captures. We sent many emails follow ups to your account, however we did not receive a response. We have 24/7 support,, and we actually answered your support request less than 20 minutes after you contacted us.

We asked you to send us a screen shot of the error since it was working for us, but the only feedback we got was "the download link changes color and moves, but there is nothing to follow"... We don't have a download link anywhere on our apps, that's why we asked for more information!

We did have half of our team looking to reproduce the issue, but we still don't understand what the problem was.

Wishpond Russian translation need a few improvements. It was also hard to get to support because of the time differencer. Google ads were not useful to us because everyone uses Yandex. Nonetheless, we got great response from sweepstakes and the website pop-up. The support took time but was very helpful, thank you Alex!

We ran our annual photo contest with wishpond and got solid results. One advice: make sure you start creating your campaign in advance as there might be some bugs slowing down the process. Overall we are happy with the results.

We signed up for the 14 FREE Trial on 11/27/2014 and created a FB ad. which resulted in $4.68 of clicks. Then we created a Pinterest pin contest via the app. Within days WISHPOND began taking funds from our account. It took several days to get a response from billing and after repeated emails, we finally were refunded our money. During that time of 7 days, we shut down the contest and let Wishpond know that we did NOT want a subscription to their service due to the trickery. However, on DEC 11, they took another $340 from our account upon which we emailed both billing and called the support number. That evening, we received an email stating that they would refund only PART of the money that we intended on charging us for 1 month of service. I replied 3 times in writing, and 3 times by phone. We waited 6 days, and still NO reply to any of our communications. As result, we froze the account they have on file to prevent any more unethical action and are still waiting for a reply stating that a credit will be issued to us.

Hi Debra,

Facebook ads are charged independently from the Wishpond subscriptions. The $4.68 charge is part of the ads charges that are not included within the free trial (we would love to offer unlimited FB ads to all of our users, but we simply can't!). How it works is every day we put your daily budget on hold, and if it is not used, the amount is refunded back to you at the end of the day (or when you cancel your ad). We really try to make this clear, since we do not make money off FB/Google/Retargeting ads. You are paying those platforms for hosting your ads.

You were on a yearly plan, and after the 14 day free trial you were charged. You were able to cancel at any time, however since you did not, you were charged for the subscription you selected. Once you decided to cancel, we asked you to pay for the month you used our products and services, since your Pinterest contest ran for over 1 months we thought that was fair.

Horrible customer service, I haven't used my account at any time, did not obtain any positive results, did receive any email informing me that my payment was due, tried to cancel my account several times and NO ONE COULD HELP ME. I would like a refund

If my future needs could take advantage of functionality that they offer (their platform is compelling and certainly has its merits) I will include them in my shortlist. I understand all the billing problems this company has, most of the issues seem to be around users forgetting to cancel and giving bad review because of this, I do think is a bit unfair to leave a bad review because you forgot to cancel.

I am not going to talk about the prices but about the product, so far it's been great, email marketing landing pages in one single place is a lot of value. I singed up for the monthly plan and there hasn't been anything weird on my account, they actually send me a free shirt and a free USB!, I tried leadpages, and they both seems to be good.

I leave 4 starts since sometimes they do have some bugs.

v disappointed with this company - but perhaps it's my fault for not performing sufficient due diligence. Otherwise I might have discovered the raft of other negative reviews.
I signed up for the monthly plan. I immediately encountered bugs when trying to use the functionality. Requested Support. Was assured by the 'very nice sales person' that my request would be treated with priority. Then, radio silence (their Helpdesk doesn't have an automated ticketing system which is mystifying for a company that boasts of their talents in email campaigns).
Meanwhile, their Finance Dept was very prompt at taking my payment. I wish their IT Dept was equally adept and conscientious.
I have requested a full refund from the 'very nice sales person' (after 48 hours of trying to get anywhere with minimal results). Instead, I get automated email messages inviting me to VIP workshops of solutions tailored to my specific requirements.
My specific requirement is acknowledgement of my request to terminate my plan and be refunded. But, nothing. Not a word. No reply.

Same as Tyler Byrd - I signed up for the 14 day free trial, cancelled 3 days into the paid plan, and was then very surprised to see a $265 charge on our credit card. It is an oversight on my part, because the sign-up page is set up to auto-charge for a non refundable annual plan after the 14 days. But this is a terrible way to do business - by roping people into an annual plan after a free trial, then refusing to refund even when the service was used for just 3 days.

I've never come across a service that charges for an annual plan after a free trial...it's an obvious way to trap people into annual plans when they're just getting to know the service.

Hi Jen,

I just need to clarify some points: as you will agree, we issued a refund for the yearly plan on your account (before you posted this review), so you are no longer "trapped" with our services.

Many companies provide annual plans, and offer a discount on them. We offer both monthly plans and annual plans. You selected an annual plan so you were charged for an annual plan. We have monthly plans available if you only want to use Wishpond for a short time. We only offer free trials on yearly plans because we understand it's a larger commitment.

You signed up for the $540 plan, and decided to make it a two payment process. After you asked to cancel (after the free trial) we didn't charge you for the second payment. We then offered you credit for the first payment, and after you didn't agree we offered you a refund instead of credit.

If you upgrade to the yearly plan first you need to select your plan, then you see the total price on the billing page, we send a notification, and we send you a confirmation email. We also send another email seven days into your free trial, reminding you about the free trial and reminding you to cancel before the trial is over to avoid being charged. I asked you how we can make this more clear and am I still waiting for your answer.

So you were not charged for the yearly plan, we stopped the second charge after you emailed us, then we refunded you and only charged you for the month. We explain our pricing plans on our website in detail, and we try to make them as clear as possible, along with sending reminders about the charges.

Watch out for misleading sign up practices. We registered for a monthly payment feature and they charged us for a full year. When we contacted them they agreed that their sign up practice is misleading but refused to refund money. If you are a reputable company why would you refuseto refund client money on a misleading sign process?
