“Loving Wishpond!” Overall: Wishpond helps us solve almost every aspect of our inbound lead generation and automated email marketing. I am extremely pleased with the results. Pros: Having the landing pages, lists, and forms on the same platform as the email automation is a game changer. What used to take two or three different pieces of software can easily be done on one. The landing page editing tool is really, really good. It's easily the best one I've seen on a landing page building platform. Cons: The biggest drawback is that I can't use my top-level-domain. I have to use a subdomain for my landing pages. Integrating tracking codes onto individual page assets is difficult, and sometimes the javascript doesn't play nice.

Wishpond was hired to elevate our email marketing and PPC campaigns to a higher level. Unfortunately what happened was just the opposite. Our leads generation went to zero! They built new landing pages, built new ads, and blog posts with little to no input from us. The communication with the project manager was poor at best. After about 7 months it was time to cancel the marketing project and go back to what was working. Their response was that the agreement could not be cancelled for their poor performance and that they expected us to meet our commitment to them. I would stay away from these folks. I’ve learned a valuable lesson here, if I can’t see them or meet with them face to face, nor do they understand my business I’m going to avoid them like the Covid virus.

I have been trying to recieve a refund after the free trial period for 2 years and since then I have been charged 2 more times for a total over $1700. I have been very clear since April 16 2018 the product does not work for my business and we do not use it at all. I have now had to cancel my credit card in order for them not to charge it again. Billing continues to tell me that I did not cancelled the software in a timely manner even though I have not used the program since the free trial because it did not work. I have shown them emails from April 2018 asking to be refunded and explaining it doesn't work for my business. Since then I have been Charged $588 two more times. I feel robbed when I think of Wishpond. It's sad to see several other reviews having the same issues obtaining a refund. I never was able to have success with the program during the free trial and stopped using it, yet I have been charged nearly $1700 for annual subscriptions. If Wishpond wants to hide behind the free trial service terms and charge $588 if not cancelled in time, that's disgusting, but to continue to deny a refund and then charge 2 more times for $588 and continue further to deny a refund is sophisticated theft.
