I needed to find a new cart system for a client's website and after an exhaustive search, I kept coming down to just a few options that met all the criteria for this particular client. WP Easy Cart consistently showed up in the results and had some high praise from users. What made the decision easy for me was Josh. Before I even downloaded the free version, Josh was quick to respond to my emails and countless questions. After purchasing the pro version, he was amazing in his support; guiding me through the setup process and even helped me with tips for customizing our reporting. This is an amazing cart system helmed by an amazing team. Josh is the best and you won't regret adding this plug-in to your site. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! Platinum level service!

“I really like EasyCart. Have not done anything with carts…”
I really like EasyCart. Have not done anything with carts before so this is my first. Came out of retirement to set up the site for a new business. My first task was to get over being overwhelmed. Lots of videos to watch and once I seriously got into it, I found it easy to set up and configure. The more I learn about it the more I find that it will do, especially with the Pro version!!. The short version is that I think it is a great package and would quickly recommend it to anyone moving into E-Commerce. From the support side, I think the support is great. There was a very quick response to email questions and problems solved equally fast.

“I tried many different carts over the past three years…”
I tried many different carts over the past three years trying them out and tossing them as unsuitable until WP EasyCart. With other brands of carts there was always something that was needed that was not included and cost additional amounts to add. I almost gave up on having my own cart platform for our products. I gave EasyCart (free version) a try, not expecting anything different. I was more than impressed and immediately moved to the PRO version. I was overwhelmed with all the ‘bells and whistles’ included with my purchase. Immediately I was able to jump in and USE the plugin… A few hiccups later I had my shop looking the way I wanted, seamlessly attaching to analytics, banking and shipping profiles; then up and running. I even beat my own learning/launch dates! Features included more than you could ask for in a ecommerce package, easy to move around the menu to adjust the settings to your satisfaction. The documentation is concise for thoroughly learning the program.

Ignore the disgruntled users who obviously devoted little time to learning to properly use a complex and terrific plug-in, because hands down, THIS IS THE BEST! Support and service is SUPERB! At first use I had several problems (MY misunderstanding of setup procedures) and sent a support ticket which was THREE TIMES replied to WITHIN MINUTES! No idea what the naysayers are talking about. Insofar as 'complexity' (I am using the PREMIUM version), what do you expect from a plugin that DOES EVERYTHING POSSIBLE? Did you learn Wordpress in five minutes. folks? This plugin is a DREAM for a merchant and while yes, it has an endless array of settings and choices, not all are required, and you can set your pace. All I can say is I am FAR from an expert, and with a little attention and work have realized no other cart plugin or solution even comes close to EasyCart! Thanks to JOSH for his incredibly rapid responses to my inquiries and a perfect solution to each of them. You will not go wrong!
