Core: $1.00/user/month (paid annually) or $1.50/user/month (paid monthly) per module Advanced Scheduling: $2.00/user/month (paid annually) or $2.50/user/month (paid monthly) Advanced Time Tracking: $3.00/user/month (paid annually) or $3.50/user/month (paid monthly) Base fee: $15.00/month (paid annually or monthly)

There are 4 add-on options you can opt for:

Communication via Text Messaging (SMS) – Lets you send messages directly to the employees and it is $0.25.

Time Tracking via Text Message (SMS) – Provides your employees easy access to clock-in/out of the Ximble Time and Attendance System directly from their mobile phone using Text Messaging. You can choose which employees you assign this feature to and it is $1.50/employee.

Time Tracking via Phone Call (Landline/or Mobile) – Provides your employees easy access to clock-in/out of the Ximble Time and Attendance System directly from any phone. You can choose which employees you assign this feature to and it is $3/employee.

PTO/Leave Management – By adding PTO tracking, $1/user* will be added to your monthly bill. You can try out this add-on during the free trial period.

If you are not satisfied with our service and cancel within 30 days of the purchasing plan, we will issue a full refund.

Nimble Software has finally created the employee scheduling solution that my company needed. We've been dealing with a few other products that haven't worked out, but Nimble has been quite helpful for us.
