As one of the fastest growing startups in Nashville, Tennessee, XOi Technologies is changing the way field service companies in the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing industries capture data, communicate with stakeholders, and service their customers. We’re a blue collar-born tech company with a passion for disrupting the status quo. Much of our team is made up of former technicians who have personally felt the pain of being isolated on a job site without the support they need or getting blamed by a customer for something they didn’t do. They’ve felt the impact of poor communication between the field and the office and how that ultimately affects the end customer’s experience. At XOi, we set out to build a solution that leveraged the power of photos and videos for accurate job site documentation, automating previously manual and time-consuming tasks, and building trusting relationships with loyal customers — all in the midst of a growing skilled trades gap.
