YouScan does a great job collecting all the mentions from social media and providing valuable analytics we could rely on. It helps us to listen to our customers and prospects across social media. We get real-time information on what people are talking about our brand. That’s a fantastic tool, which informs our Customer success team about mentions that required reply directly in the CRM. Thus, we can provide a fast response when it's critical. Other than that we use YouScan to keep an eye on brand sentiment and get insights for our marketing. I cannot imagine how we could work efficiently without social insights we have with YouScan.
