YouScan offers different plans that can scale with individual business growth. Customers can choose from 4 available packages: Standard ($500/5 topics per month), Pro ($750/5 topics per month), Insight ($1500/5 topics per month), and Ultra ($500/ 5 topics per month). All of the packages include Sentiment analysis, Spam filtering, Analytical reports, Smart alerts, Auto-categories, Trends detection and more. Integration capabilities, number of mentions and rules per topic, visual insights availability and access to extended API vary depending on the package.

YouScan always pays special attention to customer support and general user satisfaction. After signing up with YouScan, clients have a dedicated sales manager who is ready to assist them, as well as access to an extended knowledge base to resolve basic questions. Finally, when customers go further with a paid version of YouScan, a customer success manager is assigned to them, who helps customers get the best value out of our system.

Trends detection: YouScan automatically detects trending discussions and their sentiment. This functionality allows analyzing topics with up to 100 million mentions on social media. Auto-categorization: YouScan machine-learning algorithms can easily determine the category of each individual content piece. Category examples include commerce, charity, recipes, word-of-mouth and so on. Sentiment Analysis: Based on effective techniques of morphological, syntactical and semantic analysis of a specific language and human sentiment analysis, the proprietary algorithms automatically detect sentiment in a piece of content. Integrations: YouScan can be seamlessly integrated into the existing workflow, allowing users to receive data directly to the CRM or Service Desk system in both manual and automatic mode. YouScan does a great job collecting all the mentions from social media and providing valuable analytics we could rely on. It helps us to listen to our customers and prospects across social media. We get real-time information on what people are talking about our brand. That’s a fantastic tool, which informs our Customer success team about mentions that required reply directly in the CRM. Thus, we can provide a fast response when it's critical. Other than that we use YouScan to keep an eye on brand sentiment and get insights for our marketing. I cannot imagine how we could work efficiently without social insights we have with YouScan.
