Zann was very helpful. She made sure she got my concerns loud and clear so she can make the best possible solution, and I appreciate it a lot. I was kinda frustrated when I initiated the chat but felt relaxed when I chat with her. She made the extra mile informing me of some stuff concerning my concern. What I like most is she took the responsibility for my request and will be happy to wait for an email notification from them after the completion of my request. Got an error message which asked me to contact them, it's about the registrant email address that is no longer working, and the platform does not allow me to do it.
