I am in business for myself as a professional musician. However there are no such types of jobs in this occupation and I need to check for other jobs. I used Indeed that created my resume for me, but they no longer send me job listings probably because I did not like their use of "attitude tests", which do not necessarily qualify you unless you are a subservient lackey to the establishment! I have had over two dozen jobs since I am over the age of 70. Don't need an "attitude test" but only a resume!

THere is a need for more filters after selecting criteria, secondly once a job is selected the and you want to continue your search based on your previous filters the sysyem reverts back to a basic search results. very discouraging and adds more time to the sear efforts. When you click on a job after search criteria is added it should open a new window or split and not loose your place in your review of the original search results. The current way Ziprecruiter works constant / endless inputing of filters over and over and over and over. You guys have been around for a while now and this should have been spotted years ago. I use your system but I am not happy with it and wont recommed 100% of the time becuase of this.

I get quite a few referrals for jobs throughout the week. The only problem is, that I only receive a few for my area and the rest are out of my area and not in my area of expertise. I would like to see the job referrals more targeted to my need. I still have not been hired. Too, I would like to see jobs in the "second chance" category.

It’s just AI… I have never worked in Fast Food in the 20 years in the workforce and they keep promoting my resume to Taco Bell, Cane’s Chicken, et cetera— very seldom is anything of value or interest
