Many application sites are broken. I upload or download my CV Resume and then they want me to type it all out. This site is dysfunctional and I miss the old days where you talked to the person who would hire you. Zip Recruiter is not user friendly and merely a middle man interfering in the hiring process. Not a fan and it makes it harder for a very qualified person like me. 0 stars

Unemployed and using Ziprecruiter for over a month now and it can't seem to figure out where I live. I am in Chippewa Falls, WI. However, I get a few jobs from near me, then I get jobs from all over the state. Plus my favorite, which is jobs from all over the country. I was told that as I use it more, It will send more relevant jobs, but after almost 3 months, it should have figured out where I live!
