Zoey enables a complete end-to-end B2B and wholesale eCommerce experience by empowering merchants to manage inventory, orders and fulfillment within one portal. Merchants can create unique experiences for customers with Access Restrictions, Customer Group segmentation and flexible pricing rules. Advanced Quick Order lets customers easily enter SKU/quantity pairings in bulk. For acquiring new customers or better serving existing ones, merchants can let customers Request a Quote to understand pricing before purchasing.

For customers, Zoey provides a modern B2C-like experience with account access and management, quote requests and quick order capabilities. When Zoey is needed to be part of a larger technology ecosystem for a business, its app library and APIs enable companies to easily connect to the ERP, CRM and/or accounting software of their choice, as well as marketing apps to help merchants sell.

For merchants who don't need a full website experience but instead a powerful order capture ability for their customers, Zoey has also recently launched a B2B Order Portal option that streamlines the ability for customers to purchase in a stripped-down, focused environment.
