The program is not bad and could be decent if the people who worked here actually listened to their customers. Instead, they are rude, dismissive, and do not take responsibility for glaring flaws in their system (such as bombarding your employees with junk mail the second their email addresses are on the system, without authorization or option to opt out, before you even determine if you will be using the software). Co-founder Jon would rather make up crap about ‘policy’ to defend his customer service rep’s lack of reading comprehension than use customer feedback or questions to work on his service. I never leave reviews and this experience was so appallingly bad that I must implore others not to waste their time. This business does not want customers and they do not deserve any.
