Six weeks into Simply and that problem is basically gone. The mobile experience is genuinely good. I'm checking the Kanban pipeline from my phone between calls, my reps are logging notes right after client meetings instead of waiting to get back to a desk, and nothing gets lost. Drag-and-drop on a touchscreen actually works the way you'd hope.
