Zoho Projects connected to the rest of our stack better than I expected. Slack, Google Drive, Zoho CRM, even our billing setup through Zoho Billing, all talking to each other without a lot of duct tape. For a growing startup juggling a dozen tools, that matters a lot. The Zoho ecosystem is genuinely a strength here.
My one gripe: third-party integrations outside the Zoho universe feel limited. We hit a wall trying to sync with a couple of niche tools my finance colleagues rely on. Workable, but not effortless.
