The ambient documentation capture is what sold me. Six weeks in, deploying this across several physician clients, and I keep coming back to that one feature. DeepScribe listens to the patient encounter and structures the note automatically, pulling in the right sections without the doctor lifting a finger mid-consultation. My clients were skeptical at first. Now they're asking when we can expand the rollout.
Onboarding was quicker than I expected for a tool this capable. A few edge cases around specialty-specific terminology still need refinement, but their support team responded fast when I flagged them. Very impressed overall.
