Five-plus years of daily use and Assembo.ai has gone down on me maybe twice. That kind of reliability is genuinely rare. Our tiny product team (four people, moving fast) can't afford an outage the morning a campaign goes live, and this thing just stays up. Bugs have been almost nonexistent, and the few quirks I noticed in the early days were patched quietly without drama.
The uptime alone earned my loyalty, but the speed of fixes when something does slip through keeps it. I'd point any small team toward this without hesitation.
