Five years running client loan research through ConsumersAdvocate.org, and I've mapped nearly every corner of how their editorial data holds up under pressure. For straightforward purchase or refinance scenarios, the comparison content is genuinely excellent. Clear, sourced, easy to pull into client-facing summaries. Where it gets complicated is the edge cases. Jumbo loans with non-warrantable condo situations, or clients with mixed-income structures, tend to fall outside what the review framework addresses. I've had to flag those gaps to clients manually more times than I'd like, which creates extra work on my end.
